Des voleurs ils ne nous ont jamais rendu la caution de la voiture louer fevrier 2026 nous somme le 04 avril 2026. Nous avons louer via Carjet qui n'a toujours pas répondus a nos sollicitations 476 eur perdu sans interlocuteur pour nous répondre. A fuir de toute urgence .

Est-ce une agence de location ou une agence d'arnaque ?

Notre périple avec Noktauto s'est bien déroulé jusqu'au remboursement de la caution de 500€.

Bien que nous ayons complètement nettoyé la voiture, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et signé un avis de retour vierge de toutes remarques, Noktautos a décidé de ne ne pas nous rembourser notre caution de 500€.

Nous leur avons forcément demandé des explications et ces derniers nous indiquent que nous avons rendu la voiture avec des traces de ciment et que le nettoyage a engendré une facture de 350€. La preuve ? L'avis de retours de la voiture vierge et des photos de la voiture avec des marques de ciment.

Cette photo peut dater de n'importe quelle jour-date-heure. Nous avons rendu une voiture plus propre que ce que noktautos nous avais loué et l'avis de retour en atteste. Cependant ils ont décidé de nous arnaque ouvertement.

Fuyez à tout prix cette agence de voleur.

Avoid! Booked a car in Marrakesh but was asked to pay an extra 100 euros at the desk for out of hours pick up and drop off. This charge was not disclosed in advance. I declined and did not rent the car. Very disappointing lack of transparency.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Do not expect to ever see your money or deposit again; they systematically keep it without justification. It is impossible to reach them, calls are deliberately ignored, and there is zero customer support. The staff behavior is incredibly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. This is not a legitimate car rental service but operates like a scam to steal hard-earned money. Avoid this company at all costs – do not fall for their trap!

Depozite yi geri ödemiyorlar, vakitli deyiller

I just give 1 star as i need to select at least one! STAY AWAY! They detain the deposit by force and charges extra costs without informing ! Already started legal actions in Turkey

In casablanca airport(b&j car),coming from a 13 hours trip, the guys in the parking lot of terminal 1, claimed they will not take master card, capital one , because they think" according to them" that my card is "unbossed".
I have no idea what does that mean ???
I have been using the same card to rent cars for international travels for the last 5 years and I have never had a single issue...
They ended up charging me 220 euros extra using the same card...
They are so dishonest and tricky
Trust me, do not use them.
They wanted to have me pay for the parking lot fees...be ready to protest , their office is inside the parking lot
They have some weird policies too..example, if you want to drop the car before your final day, they would charge you 50 euros, even if you already paid for the day..

Overall, I will never ever deal with these people again
They blocked 1500 euros and God knows whether I am going to get it back or not..

Des voleurs !!!! J’avais réservé et payé sur le site discovercars et ici on me demande une caution avec carte de crédit avec relief alors que c’est indiqué carte de crédit standard !! Alors que ma carte de crédit fonctionne partout dans le monde et au maroc . Cette agence m’a demandé sur le parking à Casablanca de payer 330€ en espèce en plus pour les frais . De plus le service est catastrophique et ils vous font attendre 40 minutes alors qu on m’avait annoncé minutes .

Hallo habe bei noktautos über carjet für 19.09.2025 bis 04.10.2025 ein mini van bestellt mit der ausdrücklichen Telefonat . da ich mit mein Vater unterwegs war mit rollstuhl. Marke war mir egal hab nicht das auto bekommen was sie mir zugesagt haben von der größe her.Bei der Ankunft wurden mir das Geld für den Miet Gebühren abgebucht von 312.35 und 513 Euro Kaution. Das ich später zurück bekommen sollte. Bei der Übergabe hat es geheißen strassen Gebühren werden von der Kaution abgezogen. Nach mehrmaligem Telefonat ist das restliche Kaution nicht zurück überwiesen worden. Nie mehr noktautos.

car came with all sort of warning on dashboard, they said okay verbally, but deducted my security deposit at the end

on car return day, pickup person big lateness and as a result, they make me park the car somewhere and hide the keys on the top of the wheel

i finished my rental in October, the say security deposit will only be returned after December, and later, end of january. god knows if i can really get back my security deposit

I booked a car from Noktauto’s and they never refunded the deposit to me .please avoid this place .

Never rent from them, more than 3 months to return a deposit of 22,000 which is 5 times the total rent, and then they deducted 2,000TL as a service fee.

During my visit to Istanbul between 5–18 August 2025, I rented a car from NoktAutos through VIP website. I paid a total of EUR 1,586 for the rental and an additional EUR 1,100 as a security deposit.
Although I returned the vehicle in a good condition and with a valid UNLIMITED MILEAGE contract, the company refused to refund my deposit. Instead, they issued an unjustified invoice and claimed additional charges without legal basis. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, my deposit has not been refunded.
I kept in contacting company via email and whats up, but no feed back or acknowledgement, they completely ignoring me.
This is the worst rental car company I ever met in my life.

This is the worst company I’ve ever rented a car from.

I booked a car with Noktatous in Casablanca for one week, and the whole experience was disappointing. First, the car pickup was supposed to be at the airport, but the location turned out to be miles away. I had specifically paid extra to avoid this kind of hassle, so it was very frustrating.

When I finally got the car, it wasn’t the model I booked, though it was fairly new and in decent condition. The staff service was just okay – not great, not friendly.

The biggest issue came when I returned the car. Even though I had asked someone to clean it two days before, the staff said it was dirty inside and demanded an additional £80 cleaning fee. I explained that when you rent a car for a whole week with a family, some normal use is expected — that’s what you’re paying for in the first place. But they insisted. To avoid being charged unfairly, I had to waste more time and money driving miles away to get it cleaned again before returning it.

Overall, I would never use Noktatous again. Poor service, hidden hassles, and unfair charges – I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Avoid! A scam: our 6-hour car rental nightmare with Nokt Autos in Casablanca Morocco.

We booked a 2-month rental through CarJet with Nokt Autos, starting Aug 4 at 10:30 AM from Casablanca Airport. What followed was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had:

No one showed up at pickup time. After 2 hours of waiting and multiple calls to different international numbers, a driver finally arrived 3½ hours late and took us 7 km away to an off-site office we hadn’t been told about. We then waited another hour before check-in.

They claimed our MasterCard (used for booking) wasn’t valid, then eventually accepted it. The deposit was suddenly 15,000 MAD (€1,400+), though the voucher only mentioned €1,100 in tiny print. When we agreed to pay the €1,100 deposit, their payment terminal processed €900 without issue but refused the final €200, showing “Problème de connexion” each time. Our bank confirmed there were no problems with our account.

Instead of allowing us to pay the €200 by cash, transfer, or another card, they insisted the only option was to lower the deposit by €200 if we paid €240 non-refundable — meaning we’d pay €40 more for nothing extra. So instead of €200 that we’d get back as it’s just a deposit, we’d be forced to pay €240 extra that we wouldn’t ever get back.

Even though we were willing and able to pay the full deposit, due to their technical issue and refusal of alternatives, we were forced into this payment.

By then it was 5+ hours later, all other rentals were closed or sold out, so we had no choice but to agree. Magically, our card worked for the €240 plus rental fee.

We finally left 6 hours late, arriving in the middle of the night. The whole process was disorganized, unprofessional, and felt manipulative. We were mistreated and scammed.

Not recommended to book with Nokt Autos.

05.08.2025 tarihinde Nokta Rentacar üzerinden Fiat Egea kiralaması yaptım. Rezervasyonum için 67€ ön ödeme kredi kartımdan çekildi. Ancak aracı teslim almama 2 saat kala, en son aşamada benden 500€ depozito talep edildi ve bu durumu daha önce hiçbir şekilde belirtmediler. İtiraz ettiğimde ise, sanki iptal talebi benden gelmiş gibi "talebiniz doğrultusunda iptal edilmiştir" şeklinde bir mesaj gönderilerek rezervasyonum iptal edildi. Oysa ben kesinlikle böyle bir talepte bulunmadım; bu tamamen gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama oldu. Başka hiçbir firma bu kadar yüksek bir depozito talep etmiyor.

Bu ani iptal nedeniyle, acil olarak çok daha yüksek bir fiyata başka bir araç kiralamak zorunda kaldım ve mağdur edildim. Ayrıca, ödemiş olduğum 67€’luk ücretin de iadesi yapılmadı. Tüm iletişimlerim sadece iptal mesajı ile sonuçlandı, başka hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı. Rezervasyon numaram: 35_90cce64, teslimat yeri ise İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı’ydı.

Ödediğim kısmi ücretin iadesini, mağduriyetim nedeniyle acil kiraladığım aracın ücretinin karşılanmasını ve resmi bir özür talep ediyorum. Bu süreçteki profesyonellikten uzak yaklaşımınızdan dolayı çok büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadım ve hakkımı sonuna kadar arayacağım.
