Upon checking our records, our team assisted you on March 9, 2026. At that time, an order draft was created and sent to your email address for payment. However, we did not receive payment for that invoice, which means the order was never completed or processed. To proceed, the invoice would need to be paid, after which you would receive an order confirmation via email.

We also haven’t received any response from you since our team last reached out, so it’s possible there may have been a misunderstanding. This is also the reason you have not received any recent order — while it may seem like a delay, the purchase was not completed.

Regarding the discount, we’d like to clarify that our promotions are advertised as “up to 50% off,” not 50% off all items. Discounts vary depending on the product, and we always recommend checking the details of each promotion carefully.

Excellent customer service

I ordered cushion covers for 2 sofas. The fabric is soft and easy to put on and looks so much better than the sheet throws I was using. The email communication re updates was frequent and helpful. When my covers arrived, I was concerned to find only seat back covers. Fearing an error, I reached out and immediately Camille responded saying seats and backs had shipped separately. I am impressed with the speed of information and help. Would absolutely order again!

Great customer service

I placed an order an hour later I realized they were the wrong covers message customer service about 9:30 PM and I had a credit to my account within seconds. Then ordered the correct covers and very happy with my purchase.

6 star customer service

Following my purchase, I was sent an email to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
I replied about one aspect I was not expecting and received an instant reply.
I was asked for some pictures and how many were affected and they offered to send a new set right away.
I can honestly say, the customer experience is second to none. I have not experienced customer service like this for a very long time. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I would and will be buying from this company again.

AVOID

I’ve ordered from them before, and even though they’re expensive for what you get, they work. But I am extremely wary after my recent experience. Product is not here and tracking has stalled, customer service has been of NO help. It was an expensive order and they have been completely unhelpful. Ship time was a month, which is beyond frustrating. I’ve tried to explain I ordered a month out for houseguests and they literally do not care and will not help.

Edited to add- again, it’s not my second order. It’s probably my 5th, at least 4th. And last. The covers are fine, but I tried a different texture and they cost a lot more than the ones we’ve ordered in the past….which I see on Amazon now for a fraction of the price.
Why on earth a domestic package would take a month to get to Oahu is beyond me. I can’t fathom what rate they use. The response below is ineffective…telling someone to track a package that hasn’t updated in a week isn’t helpful.

Delayed delivery & colour did not match expectations

I should’ve known better than to order something I saw advertised on Instagram. Delivery took weeks as it was from the US, which wasn’t stated on the website which appeared to be a UK company. I ordered charcoal grey and the covers delivered were a light grey and they had a pattern on which wasn’t shown on any of the pictures I saw. Unable to return as they’re based in the US

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we do need to clarify several important points regarding your order.

First, your order was shipped on February 22, 2026, and delivered on March 3, 2026, which is 7 business days in transit (excluding weekends) 📦. This is well within a normal international delivery timeframe and not “weeks” as stated.

Second, we are a US-based company, and we are fully transparent about this. Our website clearly lists our business details and location. We do not present ourselves as a UK company, and we’re not sure where that impression came from. This is something that could have been easily verified prior to placing your order.

Regarding the product itself, we also want to clarify:

We do not offer a color called “light grey.”
You specifically ordered charcoal grey in our Classic collection, which does include a visible pattern.
The pattern is clearly shown in the product photos on the website.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, possibly with our Miracle collection, which offers a different (non-patterned) style—but that is not the item that was purchased in your order.

Lastly, we did not receive any prior message from you regarding concerns about the color or design. We’re always happy to help and clarify before or after purchase, but we need customers to reach out so we can assist.

We always aim to be as transparent and accurate as possible, and in this case, the item delivered matches exactly what was ordered.

Would NOT recommend!

I purchased the upgraded Magic Covers expecting them to be durable for everyday use, but they started snagging in under a year.

Customer service pointed to their policy and wouldn’t offer a replacement or meaningful resolution—just a small discount toward buying more.

For a premium product marketed around durability, this was really disappointing. Sharing in case others are expecting long-term performance like I was. The customer service rep was super unhelpful. Expensive covers for very low performance. Would not recommend.

Editing my review based on their response - I mentioned long term performance, which is what is expected. The lack of ownership and accountability from this company is very poor. I received a notification saying they flagged the review did not belong to them (not that it was unfair, it specifically said it did not belong to the company), then they replied. Check out their reviews on BBB! Wish I had.
