At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. Called Nomad with questions before ordering and they were great in answering them. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Shipping list inside the box had a nice hand written note on it which is very nice to see.

Returned for another purchase
I bought something before here and found the service was honest value, so I had a look for cargo bibs I have been shopping for with no luck. I found what I was looking for on the site and although not on sale, I can say the shipping was included in the cost and they were delivered within a few days of ordering.
