When i contacted Nomad Internet customer service this morning, I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Mark Wood. Mark was polite and easy to communicate with about my issues. Also very quick to resolve them. I was back online and presented with options to resolve my other issue in no time at all. I appreciate that. Thank you Mark.
Not great. It’s impossible to cancel. I’ve had the service about a year. They raise prices whenever they want without giving a reason. I called to cancel and they won’t discuss fixing my overcharges until I return the modem. I’ve been told 3x now that I’ll get a return label within 24 hours. No such luck, guess I’ll try again tomorrow. Seems like they are holding out so they can charge my card even more. They can’t seem to send my RMA but did find time to send an email informing me that if I try to dispute the charges they will fight it and put it on my credit.
I had a wonderful experience with Daniel Shaw. He was an excellent customer service representative. He solved my issue in a timely manner.
I have been trying to cancel services since 3/16/25, I even sent modem back and they keep taking money out of my account and all I get is a runaround.
I had been trying for weeks without success to cancel my service and get a return label for the equipment. Finally got a hold of a human being and am making progress. Spoke to Daniel Shaw who was very helpful in providing me with what I needed.
I have had Nomad Internet for 1 month. I. The 1 month they double billed me. I contacted them and was told the issue was resolved. 2 weeks into my service they sent me a collection notice and shut my service off. I called again and it hadn't been fixed yet so I spoke with another employee that turned the service back on and apologized and offered a $25 credit for the issues. A few days ago I looked at the invoice and I received a .50 cent credit. My bill was messed with from the start. I reached out to address the situation 3 more times and nothing has been done. I called to speak with a supervisor and was denied that right.
The agents are unprofessional. One told me to relax. One told me I don't have an account.
I have sent multiple tickets to disconnect my service because of the issues and they attempted to take 119 again today.
The CEO doesn't have an email address listed or I would have sent him the information as well.
The rep Daniel Shaw was so helpful and worked hard to get a resolution to my problem.
Icc id didn't match and can't connect to the internet, talked with several people and Noone can find out why i can't connect
What made this experience great was that Sam Fash, reviewed my account and requested the information for the SIM card. Within a few minutes, I would say up to maybe 10 minutes my Nomad Internet Services was back up and running and I want to thank him very much for helping us out.
Sam Fash was great. Got my box up and running again. Best way to reach nomad is thru the chat. I always have great success thru the chat app. Again thank you Sam

I called in and spoke to Logan Smith to cancel services because I no longer need their services due to moving. I have to tell him multiple times i have no need for the services anymore. He kept trying to just pause my services. Then he was hitting on me asking if I'm married and asking about my children. Saying how I sound too young to have children. Very unprofessional. Till this day I keep getting charged for services I don't even have anymore and now I ma having to close my card associated with my account.
Sara Night was great. She found the reason I didn’t have internet and I worked on the problem on my end and she did the rest to ensure I had internet.
Logan Smith was helpful and nice to me
Good service coverage is ok and customer support is excellent. Logan Smith was very helpful with helping me with my billing issues and service issues.
Shawn Wood was very helpful with getting my accounts strait. After a few people trying to help me Shawn was finally the one to get it fixed!
Harry Jackson was very helpful and solved the issue I had
David Miller helped me with our remote service location weak signal issues. Very helpful tips and information.
Andrew James took care of my Internet issue quickly and efficiently!
