They discussed the possible locations for the base with us prior to agreeing the best location. They arrived on schedule, carried out their work professionally and to a very high standard.

The No More Dig team were highly professional and did an excellent job setting up the load test. The process itself was very quiet and unobtrusive and of course it left no mess. It might seem quite expensive compared with the actual permanent ground screw installation but it provides complete confidence they will work and the team has to install and then withdraw up to six screws for the compression test. I’m pleased to report the test proved a single ground screw in my location could take over six tons!

The people are great, very helpful and you feel they care about providing a good solution. The two installers were very polite, respectful of property, discussed the key facts and then got on with it. Six 1meter screws, everything finished in 90mins.

I was impressed with this team from the start of my job to the end. Joley answered countless questions for me, advised me on the best product for my requirements, and was flexible with my install date. The installers arrived early, were very professional and knowledgeable, and completed the job more quickly than they originally estimated. I opted to build my own frame on top of the screws and I’m confident it will last a lifetime. Much better than a concrete base as I always have the option to remove the screws and return the area to lawn.

No More Digging allows its brand to be used by other companies. Some are clearly very good, the one I got in the west of England was not. They let me down twice at very short notice after I'd arranged site fencing and paid a tenant to allow them on site.
I realised the company could not be trusted and asked for my deposit back. Unfortunately, the No More Digging Contract allows the local contractor to let you down multiple times without giving back the deposit.

I had not seen the contract but apparently by paying a deposit I had accepted all the terms of the No More Digging contract. The whole thing seemed completely unfair so I went to court. The judge said that because the date of completion was not in the contract, the contractor could complete the work when they wanted.

The end result was that I lost my deposit. Don't get caught out like me. Never pay a deposit to this company.

Exceptional service from first point of contact with Joley to the installation. The lovely Ben was efficient, with exceptional attention to details and very knowledgeable during the installation process. A very fast, clean and tidy install

Jason and Brandon arrvied to fit the ground screws for our garden room. They were efficient and friendly. Completed the job in good time and left everything tidy. Great job, thank you!

No More Digging guys supply and fitted 12 ground screws for my cabin 5 metre x 3.5 metre. This was on a slope with numerous tree roots. Ground screws were a good solution. Cabin finished securely attached to the firm base of screws. Highly recommended guys pleasant, knowledge, with minimum of fuse.

Thank you to Matt and the team for a great job, Matt kept us up to date with what was going on and made adjustments on the day to accommodate a slope to the garden.
It took then 2 days to complete the job which would of taken us 2 months.
The screws are brilliant and much better for the environment.

I contacted No more Digging as a previous company I had used before were unavailable. Matt was really accommodating with my requirements and was able to fit in my job when I needed, it was quite time sensitive!
I was really pleased with Ollie’s installation of the screws. After a brief discussion of the construction he understood exactly what was required and got on with the job. I worked from the screws the next day to construct the frame required for my project and didn’t have to adjust anything he’d done! A first class job!
I would happily recommend these guys and use them again without hesitation.
