j'ai eu un pb de livraison et le retour était soit erroné soit mensongé, en tout cas ne reflétant pas la réalité.

Commande passée en aout, aucune trace du suivi!
plusieurs relances sans réponse positive....
Site débordé par les tickets de relance, il faut être trèèèèèèès patient....
demandes de remboursement sans réponse!
le produit commandé doit être utilisé par le personnel victime du succés de leur produit...

Scam warning!! Stay away from NOOCUBE!! I ordered 3 bottles for $106 and they charged over $300 without my consent and sent me the wrong products!

I sent multiple emails and tried calling customer service for weeks and no response.

This company is dishonest and unprofessional. Be careful! I am trying to dispute the charges.

Aucun effet du produit, malgré qu’il faille prendre quatre gélules par jour. Impossible d’annuler la livraison, le lien fourni renvoie vers la page d’achat et non vers la gestion du compte. J’ai écrit, mais n’ai reçu aucune réponse.

Reçu en juillet et à ce jour (octobre) aucun effet avec Noocube nuit "Sleep Upgrade".
Au contraire, depuis que je le prends, je dors encore moins qu'avant.
Ça ne marche pas du tout, en tous cas sur moi. Par contre le prix est très élevé et donnait à penser qu'il s'agissait d'un produit miracle !

I have been taking Noocube for the past 4 months. The suggested dose of 2 capsules per day did nothing, so I increased this to 4 capsules - still nothing. I was hoping for increased cognitive functioning and improved sleep - neither of which were particularly poor, but both had room for improvement, so v disappointed that Noocube made zero impact.

Noocube offers a 60-day money back guarantee, but claim that their product will not fully work until you use it for 3 to 6 months. So I paid $144 using some coupons to get the 5 month supply, because I really was hoping this would be a natural alternative for my ADD. I wanted it to work. I took the pills as directed - over 3 months past and I kept trying... Well now it's May, and I'm back on Adderall. There is a reason that you are not able to leave a review on the website.

I’d give zero stars if possible. They claimed they have a return policy and guaranteed if their product fails. In my case, it not only was not effective but the effects included extreme drowsiness and weakness. In short the exact opposite of what it should be doing.
Now they claim they want me to send proof of posting before they refund me. They never requested this in the instructions provided. Thankfully I got this but unfortunately, I cannot seem to access it.
I have asked them to verify from their “depot” if they have NOT received it but up till now they have not done this.
I have never had to prove to any decent company that I returned products if a return was necessary. How sad that I ever got involved with this company.

Unfortunately didn’t notice any difference at all and requested to return the items. After returning they didn’t respond to me regarding the return and every time contacting their chat they were assuring me that they will check and revert. It is not a company to trust unfortunately. There are also much better products out there so please avoid.

For me it didn't work, I did not notice any difference whatsoever in mental speed, focus or memory. Nothing.
And it is an expensive product. If it worked, if I noticed the slightest difference on staying a bit more focused, I wouldn't mind paying its price, but it was not the case.

Do not buy from this site! I had to pay the return costs myself and when it arrived they said that more bottles were opend then I really did, not refunding me anything!

Untrustworthy! I did not receive my order the next day as stated in their website. So I waited for a total of 6 days. The tracking continues to declare it will be delivered ‘tomorrow’ everyday. But nothing received. Also, prior to my order, they called me on my mobile even though I haven’t agreed for them to contact me. Then when ordering, I don’t believe the website is secure because, my CVV number wasn’t hidden. Awful experience!!! I have cancel my order and also my card.
