If you plan on trying to send something back they will do everything to avoid it possible. Adam is very annoying doesn't listen asks the same repeated question and refuses to accept the return. Not happy at all and I will never buy from them again.

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had an issue with a certain courier and without hesitation sent out a replacement. Also followed up personally to let me know where my order was at each point. Also cargos are great quality and fit perfectly. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

Ordered a few pairs of cargo trousers
Ordered a few pairs of cargo trousers. Was a bit worried about the fit. However they’re the best fitting ones I’ve managed to find. They also arrived in less than a week of purchase. Will definitely be ordering more from these guys.

Nearly didn’t buy
Nearly didn’t buy from here because of the mixed reviews as I was worried they wouldn’t arrive or something. Not only did the order come on time but the clothes are great quality, and fit true to size. Either they’ve stepped up their game or the bad reviews are from competitors. 10/10 in my experience.

Could do better
The website was user-friendly, and the item matched the description, arriving well-packaged and nicely presented. However, despite paying for a specific delivery date, the process was less than seamless. After sending a brief email about the delay, the item did arrive on time.
I would shop again.
