They are NOT in the USA. Your order is shipped from the Netherlands. Mine too 8 weeks for 1/2 to arrive and the remaining parts never arrived. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund and their customer service is horrible. Order on Amazon or from a US company so your order will arrive and you can return it if need be

The first time I ordered lights was in November 2021. I did not ever receive my lights and had to beg to be refunded. I was refunded in February 2022.
Later, I reordered the lights. They did not come on time and were quite a bit late. However, I did eventually receive them.
However, in late May, I was informed I would be receiving a refund for my troubles. They ask me to revise my prior review. I said if I received a refund I would do as such.
They then "processed" my refund and tried to have me alter my review - however, it was actually the refund that was ALREADY processed for lights I NEVER received. In other words, they tried to trick me into altering my review by re-sending me the refund notification for my original order.
I am very disappointed in this company and feel I have been charged an insane price for lights that were either late or never arrived.

Naklejki i napisy po chińsku. Napisałem do nich o zwrot pieniędzy ale niestety od 1,5 miesiaca dostaje odpowiec ,że zajmą się tym . Niestety już wiem ,że ta firma to Chinski oszust

I ordered 3 chandeliers on April 18, 2022. and I just got one of them after 3 weeks!!!
but two of them are still on the way!
this is what I get when I track them!
"Estimated date of arrival at the post office
29 May 2022 - 12 Jun 2022, 4 - 18 days remaining"
when I ordered them, they mentioned it takes 'US, CA: 12-16 business days' Which is not true!
I am not really happy with their services! if I know it takes 2 months to get my items I never order from them!!
and I am not sure how they will arrive when they send it with a regular post like china post/Canada post! not express one!

I got a email saying that my pendants had been delivered but they hadn’t. My husband and builders whet eon site all day and no courier turns up. It says that China post delivered the parcel but China post doesn’t have a presence in New Zealand and NZ Post doesn’t have an record of the tracking number. I emailed support on the 17th May and while they have been quick to respond I’m not getting answers to where the parcel is or any options on sending out replacements or a refund. I have a brand new kitchen that needs new pendants, I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
I know shipping is not their fault and customer service has been good at responding, I just want answers now as I need to know what happening with these pendants on if they are going to arrive or get my money back so I can go find new ones.

Service and product were great. But we didn’t receive notification when it was out for delivery. I used the tracking service but it was not updated with status until after it was actually delivered.

I ordered 3 pendant lights and 1 chandelier from Noosh Decor on 3/2/22. The pendants arrived in a decent amount of time, but 2 were damaged. After weeks of complaining, Noosh finally agreed to refund me for the 2 damaged pendants, but I still have not received the refund.
The chandelier is still sitting in China. Its been 6 weeks and they keep telling me it's coming. Every time I run tracking on it, it hasn't moved a mile.
Noosh has beautiful light fixtures, but their shipping issues aren't worth the headaches. I will not order from them again.

I am very satisfied with my new Bubble Glass Lamps. Even though delivery of the items was delayed for some months (2-3 months), I can say that it worth waiting, because the lamps are so beautiful! The items arrived untouched, so very good packaging from my point of view. Customer service also very nice and willing to support with any question. Many thanks, Noosh Decor!

Dispatch details have not been updated in over a month - and it’s been months since I placed my original order # NOOSH12601. I expect a refund now as it is lost and I need to buy another pendant from a more reputable company.

I've waited almost 2 months to get my ordered. Once arrived ALL ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. I sent Facebook messages, IG messages, email Messages and their website. Sent all items pictures and damage description. They stopped responding to my messages and I haven't received reimbursement for my damaged items. Poor customer service

Excellent customer service. There is one light bulb on the chandelier broke, despite the purchase is six months ago, they still send a replacement in perfect packaging. Really impressed with customer service. Will buy again from them.

I ordered kitchen pendants more than 3 months ago- one set arrived with a shattered glass pendant and both sets were the wrong colored cords when I had specified before the order was finalized about the color of the cord. Now for more than 3 months, this company is playing games with me- refuses to refund my money and will not replace the broken pendants even though I have sent pictures two times. Do not order anything from this company. In the US, any lighting I ordered that arrived damaged was replaced immediately but Noosh has taken my money and I've not received a usable product and they are refusing to refund my money.

I placed an order in mid-December last year, but HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT..I kept emailing noosh decor customer service and kept getting the same response - that I should rest assured they are reviewing my case and have kept my complaint on top priority .. and that I will receive my order soon. I demanded a refund - as it is obvious that the item is lost and I will never receive it.. but was offered just a 10% refund of the total price.. so, I really think it is a scam with responsive customer service!!!
UPDATE: I contacted Noosh decor's customer service one more time - after submitting this review, and they offered a refund

Delivery time was not awful (1 month), but could not provide me with a tracking number until a few hours before delivery. That said, packaging was crumbling, obviously not adequate for global shipping; item was damaged during shipping due to poor packaging. Surprised at the cheapness of the metal light box considering this was not a cheap chandelier. Lastly, the item was not even what we ordered. Our advice? Shop local. Spend the money with a local lighting shop, get what you want in a timely manner, and be able to identify the quality of the material before purchase. Terrible experience

We have bought the bubble chandelier from noosh and it looks just like in picture. The only difference was warmth of led lights. By default they send the chandelier with cold lights, but after I contacted the store they were so nice and sent us the warm lights which automatically got them the 5 stars.
The only issue was with the customs that took their sweet time, but that is not something in control of Noosh.
All in all 10/10 experience
