Sunt țepari,mi-au retras initial 0.5 euro și a 2 zile după 39.99 euro (motiv "abonamnet") .Nu vor să-mi restituie banii.
Mi-au solicitat de aici sa șterg recenzia și că în 3,4 zile îmi vor restitui banii.Zis și făcut dar din nou țeapă,nu am primit banii.
Update:Nu răspund la email chiar dacă mi-au răspuns aici sa ii contactez.

ich wollte eine einmalige bearbeitung…
ich wollte eine einmalige bearbeitung nutzen. o.50 euro. wie andere schon geschrieben, nach 48 stunden wechselt es in ein abo! ich habe schon drei mal 40euro bezahlt - habe es leider erst jetzt bemerkt. das dritte mal aber nur, weil die leute mir nicht zeitgerecht zurückgeschrieben haben für die abo kündigung.... und nach drei mail habe ich immer noch keine rückmeldung! ich musste meine karte sperren. jenu, das nächste mal muss ich halt besser aufpassen - trotzdem, mega unfreundlich!... also ich möchte eigentlich keinen stern geben ;-)... ok, der eine stern ist gewähr, da das programm wenigsten funktioniert hat.... wir haben nun 4mal geschrieben und von anfang an keine chance der rückerstattung, da der fehler bei mir liegt. ich habe das kleingedruckte nicht gelesen, drum bekomme ich auch keine rückzahlung (20.- kartesperre, da länger nicht auf mein mail geantwortet wurde, 3x 41.- pro monat abgerechnet, bis ich den abofehler merkte....)

Careful if you don‘t want to start a costly membership
I have recently used their service and got caught in the same „scam subscription“ as many other users. I did cancel my monthly subscription just in time and started a communication with the company. They promise to change their practice and alert users clearly that and how they enter a monthly membership. I will only eliminate my negative feedback once you see this entering a membership as an OPTION which you can easily click on and off.

I can't put into words how annoyed I am with this website. Way down at the very bottom, it mentions that you can convert a PDF or something else for €0.50, but after 48Hours you have to pay a €40 monthly fee. Nobody notices this crap when it's mentioned at the very bottom of the page, and you're not made aware of it during the purchase process either. These little crooks are making a ton of money with this scam. Luckily, you can cancel your subscription directly on the website, but it's your own fault if you don't realize it and you still have to pay for it.

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM - they do sell you a pdf to word document convertor for 0.50 and as soon as you pay with your card they will book a monthly subscription of 39.90 that you did not ask for.
You will need to block you card and pay fees for a new card and lose the 39.90 subscribtion they just stole from it.

I signed up to Noovdoc.com in March 2025 to convert a single PDF file, thinking I was making a one-off €0.50 payment. Since then, Noovdoc.com has been silently charging me €39.90 every month, with no warning, no emails, and no transparent notification about any recurring subscription. I only discovered this after noticing recent charges in my bank account. I have not used their service since the first day, and all invoices for the expensive ongoing subscription were hidden in my online account (never sent by email). This is misleading, non-transparent, and in my opinion a deliberate scam. I am requesting a full refund and will report this to the authorities and my bank if not resolved.

Vente forcée. J'ai cru acheter 0,50€ la conversion d'un pdf en jpeg, mais en fait j'ai été débitée d'un abonnement à 39,90€ par mois, que j'ai annulé, mais de nombreux témoignages disent qu'ils continuent les débits, si bien que je vais être obligée de faire opposition sur ma carte bleue. Je leur ai demandé de me rembourser, on va voir s'ils le font ou pas. Sinon je porterai plainte. C'est une arnaque !
Edit novembre 2025 : ils ont fini par me rembourser parce que je les ai menacés de porter plainte et de faire appel à un avocat. J'ai dû faire opposition sur ma carte bancaire pour plus de sûreté.
