This is a scam! First it took many weeks to get the product. Then my dog went through this duck in a day. They take your money and the 'guarantee' is if the product is not damaged. READ THE 'GUARANTEE' FULLY! It's not worth the money! The duck is not bigger, there are no real extras, they just take your money.

100% this is a scam!! They advertise - Free calming duck, no cost just pay shipping. Then when you go to pay, all of a sudden - you're NOT getting that duck, you're getting a crappy little white duck, but if you want the one we just advertised fir free + sucked you into buying, it will be $48 - TOTAL BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!! DON'T FALL FOR IT!!🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

I fell for the "free duck" scam. I said I wanted to pay by PayPal and without giving me the opportunity to cancel the order they went ahead and charged my credit card more than three charges totaling over $62!!!! My bank fraud detection called me before I could even close the website. I am so sick of being cheated everywhere.

This is a real scam and Facebook should be removing them from their servers! I bought two packs which took a very long time to get. The two sizes are very small compared to the photos on all of the sites. My golden retrievers both tore them apart in less than 5 minutes and the customer service is awful to get any answers from. Look out for them !!

Absolute Crap. My dog ripped the face off in less than 2 minutes and they were being gentle with it

Ordered the "indestructible bear". Lasted less then 2 minutes before the stuffing was out and arms & legs were off.

Just like everyone elses review. This company totally sucks. Ordered calming ducks with the upgrade in size. I think the upgrade is about 1 bigger then the regular duck. Dog chewed off bill and 1 arm in a day. I thought i was ordering a waaaay bigger duck according to pictures then what i got. Ad is totally decieving.

This is a total scam! I ordered the upgrade with large duck toy thinking I would recieve the free duck toy with a large toy. Wrong! Recieved a regular cheaply made duck toy. Also ordered the mystery box. I wrote customer service asking about the missing items. The response was that the upgrade is an "enhanced squeaker" and the large duck that is extra durable. The duck was destroyed the same day it arrived. So much for extra durable. The mystery box is supposedly a "digital" gift. I checked my email, had a pdf on "training tips". This is absolute bull!

Worst purchase ever. Ripped in a matter of 5 minutes. The quacker/squeaker didn’t work not one time & it’s made of cheap crocheted type material. If possible I’d give negative stars!

If possible I’d give it 0 stars. I feel dumb for not looking into reviews before being scammed. Ordered the calming duck for “free” with a mystery box. The duck came 3 weeks later and nothing else. Emailed them and they said the mystery box was digital items. Literally spent $35 on a damn duck toy that I could’ve bought for $10. Don’t be scammed like me!

Would rate 0 if possible. Absolute scam. Ordered the “indestructible calming duck toy”. After about 3 weeks, it arrived, already torn at the seams. In addition, upon checkout I was prompted to add on a “mystery box” for $10, which was apparently “valued at $150”. Turns out, the “mystery box” was a PDF that was emailed to me with training tips that are all freely available on the internet. When I reached out, they informed me the mystery box is either a digital resource (the one I got), or a physical box of goodies, which is “determined at random by a staff member processing the order”. Yeah, sure.

In any case, they offered to send me a new physical “mystery box”. Just arrived today, three months later. It contained exactly one stuffed toy carrot, approximately the size of a golf ball.

Save your money and time. This “company” is a joke.

Ok my dog has not destroyed and seems to like it it does seem to be better made. but the pictures are EXTREMELY deceiving. If this is 6" long you'd be lucky. As far as the mandary extras that FREE. They never arrived via email or Mail. save your money. Buy a knockoff from Amazon.

I ordered two ducks and got a surprise box. We only received one duck. Scam!!!

Never received my calming ducks! I ordered 4 for my dogs and after 2 months they insist that they were shipped but I have receive them. Noovelo is a scam! Do not order from them!

I wish I had read reviews before I submitted my payment. I, too, got sucked in and wound up paying way too much for an ordinary dog toy I could have purchased for a tenth the price. I feel silly because I even opted for the mystery box - which is a digital file! - an article I certainly did not need to pay for. I see others complained their dog ripped the duck open in minutes. Both of my ducks are in perfect condition - because my dog completely ignored them. In order to attempt a refund, I'd have to jump through a bunch of hoops & pay for the return shipping. How do I compile a video of my dog NOT playing with the duck to upload to them? I have learned a valuable lesson, though - check out the reviews first!!

Misleading implying there would be 4 duck toys and a mystery box.
Instead 2 toys, one had his stitching come apart within minutes of being carried around.
Extra payment for the more sturdy version. Rubbish!
Mystery box says to be worth over $100 was a couple of recipe’s sent electronically.

The free duck ended up costing over $40 with upgrade and shipping but came from Regents Park in N. S. W. It's the cheapest looking poor quality toy that was supposed to be upgraded we have ever bought for our dog for xmas and worth around $6 in Target. It's a mystery box because it didn't come. A scam rip off. Do not get sucked in.

I saw an ad on Instagram or this calming duck for my dog. I was very interested and purchased the duck along with their special shipping and some mystery box. What I received almost 2 months later was a cheap duck that made no noise as they stated was used to calm your dog. I wrote the company and have yet to hear back from them on this purchase. I would not recommend this company as they mislead with their advertising and are hard to get in touch with. I lost money on this purchase and hope others don't.

Still waiting a few weeks to receive…they advertise it’s free then add all sorts of costs after completing transaction - stay away and try Amazon instead

Exactly the same as everybody else’s reviews total waste of money please people don’t buy my dog destroyed instantly could’ve bought a cheaper better pet from the reject shop.
