Avoid. Bought a product with 2-4 days arrival time. That was 8 days ago and tracking still shows only as ‘order placed’.
3 emails sent and no responses. Will claim money back through my credit card I hope.

Wish I had seen comments from others before ordering. Money taken from my account as soon as order placed but days and then weeks passed but nothing dispatched. No phone number on company website: found one online but no answer. Only one of my several emails was answered, assuring me that my delivery would be sent out but it never was. Raised dispute through my bank (Barclays), who gave me my money back in full. Avoid!

First order of distilled water was delayed 2 weeks with no reason given but resolved on escalation and delivered. Product is good quality. Thought was a one off issue. Second order has now been delayed a month without any information. Email was replied to with notes they would escalate and a further 2 weeks without contact and no way to cancel requiring card disputes. Will not order again from them and advise against

I havent recieved an order that i placed back in December. Ive emailed serval times at first they replied saying there is a delay, next they promised a delivery however they didnt follow through, ive emailed on several occasions to chase this up and now the company simply dont even reply. I have now asked for a refund now that it has been over a month of not forfilling the order, still no order , no refund or even a reply. Dont use this company

No goods and no response to emails. Will do a card charge back.

If I could rate with 0 stars I would do - I think these people are running a SCAM with ShftFwd - no one picks up their lines -and they send back extremely rude emails - a lady just picked up ShftFwd contact number and said a totally different name for the company so when I started questioning her - she didn't know what to say
STAY AWAY SCAM

Every order has issues. It’s disappointing as the product is great. Customer Service only exists if you chase them. Often leaks on delivery. Tracking awful. Ordered 20th July received 14th August. Offered £5 voucher which is useless when no plans to order again as had too many chances now. Always excuses.

These guys are getting a bit of an unfair wrap ! I have used their distilled water now for about a year for my CPAP Machine. Someone moaned about hydrogen peroxide coming in a clear bottle, it does nowadays with other the firms too. It does not effect its contents. If it arrives late email them. Although Nord chem if someone’s order is a bit tardy, I’d advise you on two things : to let them know and maybe get a phone number 😊

NEVER AGAIN. Ordered and a week later nothing at all, no email no call or text. So i email them with the generic response everyone seems to be getting ( no shipping boxes) so gave it another week and asked for a refund still no response. So contacted the bank and got ky money back. Went onto ebay and ordered and two days later and got what i needed. AVOID PLEASE

I've ordered distilled water for some time now, I absolutely love this water.
They struggled with supplies on May and now I also had to wait two weeks but how about if we understand the situation.
I have worked for company who had similar situation, we couldn't get supplies and continue production until certain stuff arrived and it took months and of course all blame and bad reviews went top.
I understand it is important to get an answer about the delay, especially when we spend our hard earned money.
But sometimes we can just wait a wee bit.
My order was just dispatched, I assume they are back to normal and got their supplies.

got caught out here like everyone else placed order no contact phoned,mailed,filled online form no answer then sent mail saying they are scammers got mail back with the same excuse no boxes and a £5 off next order item still did not arrive so i contacted the bank and got refund 7 days later it arrived. Now they are asking me to repay or send the item back at my expense i don't think so

Ordered on the 30th June and never received anything. Zella “allegedly from customer service” made an excuse of not having any delivery boxes and was in short supply.
2-3 delivery, oh yea……..
Don’t be fooled by the £5 off your next order either! As if…..
Then she said they were working “very” hard 😂 to get the back log out last Saturday and would all be picked up by DHL on Saturday for delivery Monday!
Nope another lie.
PayPal refunded straight away as I guess they just know about these scammers!
I wouldn’t mind betting that even if you did get the distilled water it would be out of the tap!
From what I can see it’s just a scamming company with an online store front that has absolutely nothing.
AVOID like the plague people!

No confirmation email, had to chase as not dispatched 2 weeks later. No reply to my barrage of emails then got a refund today. Waste of my time and energy would rather pay more elsewhere now

Product shown in stock so I ordered it. Chased them and they said it would be despatched. 4 weeks later they just cancelled the order

Not delivered on time. Emailed to chase to then be told they had no packing boxes but hoped to get some “today” (at 4:30pm). No sign, not dispatched the following day either. They’re now completely ignoring emails after being asked for a refund.

Doesn't respond to emails
Goods not delivered, now outside their timeline.
No contact telephone number so you can't ring them.

order 4 x 5ltrs of distilled water from this company on the 11th may on express delivery 1 to 3 days, it is now the 24th may and still not received this item, contacted them which they replied and offered a £5 off next order, looking at other reviews this is looking to be standard replys, the company is now not answering my email as ive requested a full refund so ive had no choice and contact my bank as a fraudulant transaction...if anyone is thinking from buying from these please DONT you will not get the items and you will loose business waiting on the product like i have. complete utter waste of time STAY CLEAR...

Very late delivery(after calling 2-3 times), when the package arrived it was incomplete.
After another week they sent another package with the product that I asked for initially but in stead o 5l at 12% they sent 4x5l at 3%.
After another session of calling they returned the money for the wrong product.
Lost time.
Not going to bother again

Ordered distilled water on 2nd May, with 48hr delivery. Told when I chased 10 days later that they didn't have cardboard boxes to ship it in, but a delivery would arrive that day and it would be dispatched next day recorded delivery. Chased 5 days later, blamed the 'warehouse' and that they would 'fast track' my delivery 15 days after it should have been delivered, and if I could wait one day it would be delivered. Surprise surprise it wasn't. Since had a refund which is more than some people.

Absolute con, avoid at all costs.

I've ordered Hydrogen Peroxide on the 8th May and never heard from them...my money has been stolen. I am very surprised that it is allowed to have such companies that pretend to do business, attract innocent people to buy, steal their money and thank you very much enjoy their life. I hope that they'll see this and mend their dealings and help people to gain trust in them again.
