I had a 360 tummy tuck, chest lift and liposuction in November 2025. I had a gastric bypass performed by their associated surgery - Nordbariatric. That surgery was performed exceptionally well by Professor Maleckas in 2024 and that pleasant experience gave me the confidence to book with Nordesthetics.

I found the pre-surgery journey quite frustrating. Unlike Nordbariatric, Nordesthetics did not give me a face to face consultation in London and only requested photos of my body over email. I did find this a bit bizarre because I don’t think you can give an accurate consultation just by looking at photos. This was proven correct because initially I was recommended for an extended tummy tuck but when I arrived in Lithuania, it was later decided to do a 360 tummy tuck. Nevertheless I proceeded with the surgery.

When I arrived in Lithuania, I had a face to face consultation with Dr. Dobilinskas who recommended a 360 tummy tuck, liposuction and a chest lift with a total cost of €9150. The consultation areas were extremely busy and it seemed that the surgery is just performing cosmetic procedures ‘on masse’. My surgeon seemed a bit flustered, almost like he was being overworked. I stayed in the surgery’s accommodation which was exactly the same as I had when I had the gastric bypass with Nordbariatric. The accommodation is very pleasant and clean. The surgery itself takes place on site and I was well looked after by the ward nurses however I did not stay on the ward for very long. I was quickly discharged to my accommodation and I had complications with the healing of my right nipple. There was limited blood supply and this meant that the reattached nipple tissue was struggling to stay healthy. The surgery did offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to help the healing process but I am skeptical about the effectiveness of this. I returned home and had to spend several trips to A&E and the breast department at hospital as the nipple became black and necrotic. Only half of the nipple survived. I am now 6 months after surgery and the result is underwhelming. The area that was operated on is slimmer than it was pre-surgery but it still has a top layer of soft belly fat which I was expecting to be removed during the procedure through liposuction but this remains, despite me maintaining good eating habits, a healthy diet and exercise regime. The chest area is nice and slim which I’m pleased with but the appearance of my belly has left me disappointed. I emailed the surgery but they would not revise the procedure stating that there was nothing wrong with what had been performed - they only offered me 15% off vaser liposuction, for the area of my body which shouldn’t have a top layer of belly fat remaining. The cost of this is not dissimilar to UK prices so I actually think it would be cheaper to do this in the UK after accommodation and flight costs are taken into consideration.

I feel let down by the surgery and quite frustrated that I wasted my money on procedures that haven’t helped me feel any more positive about my body.

In summary, I’m £8000 poorer, with a flabby belly and half a nipple.

Going abroad for cosmetic surgery often gets a bad reputation, but I honestly cannot express enough how much I would recommend Nordsesthetics.
From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. The process of obtaining quotations was straightforward after submitting photos, and the Nords representative liaised directly with the surgeon I selected. I chose Dr Goda after over three years of research and reading excellent reviews, and having now spoken with other patients, I genuinely believe I would have been in safe hands with any of their surgeons.
The logistics team were outstanding – punctual, organised, and always available via WhatsApp with clear communication. When I arrived in Lithuania, I was collected by Nords and taken to our apartment. Although I didn’t stay in Nords accommodation (it was fully booked), everything was still handled flawlessly. My partner travelled with me, but after this experience I would feel completely comfortable attending alone.
I landed on Sunday, had my pre-op appointment on Monday, and surgery on Tuesday. At the clinic, I was greeted by polite and professional reception staff. During pre-op I had blood tests, ECG, height, weight, and a nicotine test, then met with Dr Goda to discuss my expectations and confirm my procedures: 360 FDL tummy tuck and arm lift. Transport was again arranged back to our apartment.
On surgery day I was collected at 7:15am for a 9am operation. I met Dr Goda again for markings and photos (which she kindly took on my phone as well). I was shown to my room, selected meals for my two-night hospital stay, met the anaesthetist, and was walked down to theatre by a nurse.
After surgery, both the nurse and Dr Goda came to check on me and confirmed everything had gone well. Later that evening I noticed swelling under my breast. I informed the nurse, who immediately contacted the on-call surgeon. An ultrasound confirmed a haematoma. Within 10 minutes, Dr Goda came to see me personally, confirmed the issue, and took me back to theatre to resolve it. The anaesthetist explained everything clearly, and the issue was handled swiftly and professionally.
After the standard two-night stay, I was discharged with medication and clear aftercare instructions, and advised I could return to Nords at any time if needed. I felt completely safe and well cared for throughout.
I attended my follow-up appointment on the day of my return flight, where Dr Goda and a nurse checked me over, completed my first tape change, and took post-op photos. I then flew home.
From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and communication were five-star. I would recommend Nordsesthetics without hesitation to anyone considering cosmetic surgery abroad. In fact, I’ve already booked to return next year, and I genuinely cannot wait.

Contacted Nords last August and a rep called Roberta contacted me back. From start to finish her responses have been super quick and no question was asked problem. Anyway, I sent my photos over to her as requested on website and said I was looking at March. I picked March because the next lot of booking were for January / February and I wanted to stay in the Nords apartments so I picked March in the hope that the apartments were available which they were. The Nords apartments come with a daily visit from the nurse and I was at this stage travelling over by myself. Roberta got back to me with dates / surgeon and the recommended surgery of an extended tummy tuck and waist lipo and cost. Paid my deposit and was able to secure apartment which you pay for when you get there.

With my selected date in March and deposit paid I was still messaging Roberta with random questions and she was still very responsive. She has been amazing!

Roll on March. Week leading up to surgery I was advised of how to get into my apartment via text, I had my surgery time emailed to me along with all the paperwork that I could read through which I would ever need sign later on. They send this beforehand because it can be overwhelming when you have your face to face consultation which the surgeon.

When ai arrived at the airport I was met by a driver for Nords and taken to the clinic. Her showed me when to the apartments department so I could make payment and sort out other things like laundry key for the week. Once that was all sorted I went to my apartment to settle.

Once I was all signed in I received a text via What’s App to advise what time I needed to go to reception to have my medical done and see my surgeon. Once that was all done I was free to do whatever I want, so I went food shopping to get everything I need for pre and post surgery. If you are staying in Nords main clinic Lidl is 10m walk one once and you have Akropolis Shopping Centre / Mall less than a 10m walk the other way with another supermarket called Maxima.

Day before surgery you are text what time to go up to reception for your surgery. You do not need to take much with you… gown, robe, slippers, toiletries are supplied so you only need to take phone, chargers and things to do with you. I had a 2 night stay because I had tummy tuck however most other surgeries is a 1 night stay.

Day of surgery. I was advised to go up and 10:45 ready for my 12:45 surgery however on the day I received a call approx 10:25 as my surgery was potentially earlier. Went up to the clinic and waited until about 11:15 and was taken to my room by a nurse. Nurse asked for food options (very nice healthy menu and make sure you picked dessert as I didn’t and missed out on a cheesecake 🤣) Whilst I picking my food options I was taken to see my surgeon and I was drawn on, then taken back to my room, anaesthetist come in briefly for a chat whilst I was still writing my food options and no sooner had I put my pen down I was taken into the theatre (this took less that 30m). All I remember was laying down in a lovely heated bed, having my cannula fitted, I closed my eyes so I could relax… nurse said I’m giving you some champagne and next thing I know I’m back in my room / ward!

Post surgery the nurses are attentive. Press the button and they’re there. Nothing was too much for them. If you need extra pain relief etc just ask! They are more than happy to help… even. If they couldn’t help with my cheesecake because I didn’t put it on my options 🤣 The coffee on the ward is probably the best filter coffee I’ve had too which made up for the loss of my cheesecake haha

Back to my apartment two days later, my sister flew out to meet me. Good job she did because I didn’t prepare myself for post surgery and I left the air fryer in the bottom of the cupboard which I couldn’t lift and I left the plates on the top shelf! I was very lucky as I was very mobile after surgery as I was doing everything for myself once everything was at a height I could reach.

We also managed to get wheelchair hire from Nords (€25 for 3 days) This was a great way to get around if you aren’t on your own. We went to the zoo and old town, we used Uber and asked for the XL car option so we could put W/C in the back.

All appointments and communication is done via what’s app.

Since I didn’t have any appointments on the Monday I had a nurse visit to my apartment. Tuesday and Wednesday I have LDM appointments so when I was on the same floor I had nurse checks both days to make sure I was ok. When you see the nurse you can ask for extra meds if you need them.

Day of departure, Nords driver took me back to the airport and sorted my assistance.

Couldn’t fault Nordesthetics; they’re so well organised. My customer service representative Rūta was excellent and my surgeon Audrius Pakulis is a genius, and the results are going to be amazing. All the nurses and reception are well trained and professional. The services offered - transport and massages make the experience complete and the apartments are well worth booking in to - so nice to be near for a nurse to check in on you every day. Price is obviously a lot better than the UK but the whole experience is way better than you’d get in England.

From the very beginning, the team was extremely professional, responsive, and reassuring. Travelling abroad for surgery can feel daunting, but everything was organised seamlessly and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

The clinic itself is very clean, and well-run, and the staff on-site were genuinely attentive, and highly competent. I felt comfortable and supported at every stage, from consultation to surgery and recovery.

My surgeon was excellent and made me feel confident and safe. The results are still early, but I can already see the improvement in my shape, and my recovery has been smooth so far. The aftercare has also been very strong, the team has continued to check in regularly and provide guidance, which has been incredibly reassuring.

Overall, I feel that I made the right choice choosing Nord Clinic. The level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out as well as Guste's patience with me!

Er helt ødelagt under haken og det eneste svaret var lipo. Har ingen tro på at lipo fikser problemet. Har nå betalt 700 auro for revisjon og i tillegg fly og opphold selv. Men kunne få nytt ansiktsløft for halv pris noe jeg takket nei til. Men siden jeg skal tilbake straks er det beste kanskje å vente å se hva kirurgen sier på vårt møte

I had an extended tummy tuck six months ago and I'm so very pleased with everything, from the first contact with the clinic to the final result, which is even better than I expected, I had no complications and didn't need any antibiotics after surgery. I also like the fact that the clinic wants updates and photos, to keep evaluating the result.
Everything has been very professional and I can warmly recommend the clinic. I was very well taken care of.

Dr Urbonas is an incredible surgeon! He is very experienced, explained everything in depth and was also kind and reassuring. He listened to what I wanted and and also advised me and gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He met all of my expectations and more, my results are amazing and exactly what I wanted! Since the operation I have still been in contact with Nordes regarding updates and advice which has been great and Marta is always quick to reply. I can't recommend Nordesthetics enough!

My experience with Nords has been amazing.. Communication was prompt and informative. Booking, arrival and details were easy and straightforward.
Dr Goda preformed my extended tummy tuck which I am so happy with. I met with her the day before surgery and discussed my expectations about the surgery. Also my recovery regarding job, gym, lymphatic massages etc. I found her professional, caring, and she took her time with me.. I never felt rushed.. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.. after being discharged from hospital to nords appartments. I was suffering really bad wind pains, headed back to hospital, where they gave me more medication. Nothing was too much trouble.
Regarding the negative reviews that some ppl have wrote about their experience, every1 has their own personal experience but what I have witnessed. There were ppl going shopping after surgery, drinking alcohol, smoking, vaping, bad nutrition, not resting. All these factors play a huge role in recovery. How the body heals and reduce the risk of infection. Im not saying every1 who had infections has not took all post op precautions, but some aftercare choices could affect how their body has healed. Also when booking there is an option to take out a medical emergency aftecare package for an extra fee. This gives a 24hr emergency contact along with wound dressing etc. Which some ppl dont take out, but complain about communication post op. This review is for anyone on the fence about nords, uncertain regarding negative reviews. A fantastic clinic and if I choose to book another surgery, Nords is top of my list.

I had Dr Urbonas for ett & lipo to waist. From start to finish he was amazing! Very neat scar's and I am very happy with the outcome. It really is life changing for alot of people and that definitely includes me. Nords made everything easy. From getting picked up from airport, to and from appointments at the clinic and the nurses who take care of you whilst in hospital. I had a fantastic experience with it all. I would definitely recommend getting assistance coming home with any tummy tuck, I came home day 5 and the swelling is horrendous! That, for me, was the hardest part. I would definitely go back to nords for any future surgery and would definitely recommend them!

I have only positive things to say regarding my experience with Nordesthetics. From day one they provided clear and frequent communication, answered any questions I had, and did their best to accommodate any requests. Scheduling the surgery and associated travel was a breeze and the accomodation once I reached the clinic was spectacular. The staff there were friendly, kind, and again provided clear communication every step of the way. My surgeon, Dr. Pajeda, was very gracious and did a wonderful job of making sure I was informed about every step of the process which did a lot to calm any nerves. The care post-op was timely, convenient, and thorough with clear instructions and guidance being provided for after I left the clinic. They also provided transportation to and from the airport which was well organized and did a lot to alleviate stress.
I honestly am very happy with my decision to go to this clinic and would certainly recommend it to anyone who'd be interested in their services.

I have been to Nords twice, once for a facelift with the wonderful Dr Pajeda and I returned for a 360 tummy tuck 12 months later with Dr Egle.
From dealing with my rep Karolina in the early days to being treated firstly by Dr P and then by Dr Egle the process has been outstanding.
Reality - they can only work with what they have you will not get the same results as a 30 year old if you are 60. You will not come out looking like Michelle Keegan if you look like Rita Fairclough, however you will be a much improved version of yourself. I was 54 when I had my FL and look 10 years younger, everything was professional from Karolina at the beginning arranging everything to checking out and flying home after. I stayed in the apartments at Nords which I would recommend as you have a great support network with other ladies. ( a lot of clients are return patients) that speaks volumes. The hospital is spotless, professional and the care is wonderful my results are amazing. I cannot recommend Nords high enough for cosmetic surgery.

I cannot believe the level of care I have received from Nordesthetics, from start to finish it's been absolutely amazing. A lot better than care I've received in the UK and other EU countries.
I booked in for an ETT, waist lipo, breastlift and implant replacement in July and was given a choice of dates for February by my rep (Raminta, she was brilliant with her communication and was always quick to reply to my queries even now when I'm post op). Dr Dobilinskas my surgeon was so kind and considerate and really listened to all of my questions and concerns, I'd had a not so good experience at a clinic in Belgium 15yrs ago and he explained how he was going to get rid of all of the scars and scar tissue (there was a lot). I am quite nervous about being put to sleep so told the anaesthetist this who arranged for me to have a muscle relexant/sedative injection as soon as I got into theatre, I had this and then didn't even remember being canulated, it was so lovely and calm. Post op in the ward, the nurses were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, at one point a nurse thought I had a hematoma in my breast and within 10 minutes a doctor was in with an unltrasound machine to scan me (luckily it was nothing). The LDMs in the ward and level 5 were amazing and definitely helped with my comfort level as I swelled a lot.
On tape change day (6days post op) Dr Dobilinskas came to see me and was surprised at how well I'd started to heal. Nurse Ieva (with an i, not and L!) was so lovely changing my tapes and both her and Dr D explained thoroughly how to do it myself. I cried when I saw my body properly for the first time, at only 6days post op the early results were breathtaking. Dr D had even managed to line up a tattoo that was partially removed so you can't even tell, he is truly a master at what he does.
The logistics drives are professional and really friendly too, I can't remember the names but 2 particularly stood out for me, a female driver who drove me to my apartment after surgery, she carried my bag to my door and even took my arm and walked me to my apartment so I didn't slip, and the driver who took us to the airport (0845 wed 4 Mar), I noticed he'd been listening to metal music and we had a good talk of all things metal and festivals!
The reception girls are lovely too, again, I'm sorry I can't remember names but whoever gave me the sweets on my last visit to the clinic, thank you!
If I ever decide to have more plastic surgery I will definitely return to Nords, even if their prices end up more than the UK I would still come back. You seriously won't get this level of care, expertise or comfort anywhere else.

I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Nords, from booking my surgery with my rep to the logistics team for all the services they provided and the staff within the clinic. Nurses made me feel
so comfortable before and after my surgery. The anaesthetist and her assistant ensured I felt confident in proceeding and provided me with the best car even before my surgery ensuring I was hydrated. Dr Jonas Tutkas was my surgeon, so I’ve saved the best to last, he is an amazing surgeon and a generous man with his time, making sure I had all the answers I needed and listened attentively to me. I recently travelled to Kaunas, Lithuania for my breast enlargement surgery with Dr. Jonas Tutkus, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Tutkus was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. His communication was excellent — he really listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood the procedure, recovery, and expected results. I felt completely comfortable and confident in his care. The results are absolutely amazing — I couldn’t have asked for better. He is truly a 5-star surgeon.

A special mention to the drivers as well — they took care of everything from airport pickups to transporting me to and from every appointment. It made the whole process completely stress-free and seamless.

Recently returned after a 7night stay in Nords after a breast reduction & lift. I went from a J cup to hopefully a D (though true size will take 6months once breasts settle)
From my 1st enquiry to even returning home the Nords team have been fantastic. My rep Ramatia is a credit, so quick to reply & help with all she can. My surgeon was Dr Goda aka the Boob Queen & she lived up to her name! She is guinuely 1 of the lovelies people ive ever met.
The actual clinic is beautiful & spotless clean.
