Wish I had read some of the negative reviews before ordering, was blinded by the 4.5 overall score.
Seems customer service is a real issue. Although I only ordered on 24th August, my order was supposed to be delivered Royal Mail 48 hour tracked but not heard anything since confirmation that my order was received. No response to emails, nothing. What kind of service is this?

Update 04/09 - still no order despite being told 2 days ago it would be shipped that day. Have asked for the tracking number, have emailed, have called, you get ignored or a receptionist tells you someone will call back - they DON’T. Will never order from this company again.

They could not supply my original order,so replaced it with more expensive items at no extra charge.

Good product, only one small criticism, time from ordering to delivery drags on a bit, other than that no issues and a company I'll quite happily continue to use.

Fantastic company to deal with, always fast delivery and great communications.

Good service, and contacted me when product I ordered was out of stock. Offering to replace with a similar one

Great product and delivery.

NoBo products have been recommended to me by my acupuncturist because my husband managed to trap a nerve and we had to travel for work abroad. The CBD rub is just awesome, my husband recovered very quickly. I have also bought the Shilajit out of curiosity as bought one from a different company without any labels any certs and it smelled like a cadaver residue, so I was not brave enough to try it, but this one was exactly as it was described on various sites, it came with enough paperwork to guarantee its origin and Customer Exec Sam also responded to my query very quickly. I will definitely try more products, very impressed.

There was a mishap with my order. To be fair NoBo reached out and rectified the issue promptly. Thank you . Products were great will use again for sure.

Placed an order with Nordic Botanics (based on their reviews) because I was looking for a high strength balm for my arthritis pain in my knee.
Communication was great from when I ordered and when item was dispatched. I was surprised how quick it was when delivered.
Balm was nicely packaged, came with a lovely handwritten note and a surprise treat.. A nice touch.
I've used this now for over a week and it's definitely the best I've tried. Eases pain within minutes. I rub it in my knees, ankles and hip and find I'm using less than the product I used before and don't need to apply it as often. It isn't too greasy and rubbed in easily.
I will order again when I need to.

Great services as usual good communication for the delivery and a nice little hand written note, of all online businesses were run by someone so good, we'd all be much better off

Great product really helps with painful muscle strains. CBD high strength muscle balm lasts for ages as a little goes a long way.

Communicates, delivered on time, excellent product and additional treat, little sweeties included 😊

Very happy with the CBD Oil this being my second purchase in a short time. The first purchase was a little slow in delivery but the second purchase was very speedy. Much appreciated and came with a personalised note and sweets which is a good personal touch. Thank You.

Initial impression was favourable but ' pine and patchouli ' scent became noticeably strong coal tar soap...with use, alright if you like it but not pleasant to me, though it does clear your sinuses.... The consistency was ok but compared to the beeswax type I'd been using, the butter spread too far and oily...
I have to say it was not as effective as pain relief as the Hemp and Lemon Myrtle Balm I'd been using from Australia.

Ordered more than a month ago. Nothing received til yet.really poor customer service.

Took nearly a month to get the order. Raised multiple cases on the website, no response.
Called multiple times to their "shared helpdesk" and kept being told "No ones available right now" - what they meant was they had no ability to transfer me to someone at Nordic Botanics because they don't work there, absolutely no response at all from them.

Finally got the order and have yet to hear any response from my website submitted tickets or my phone calls.

The order was good and it had a few
mini packets of skittles and a hand written thank you note so they gained a star for those points.

Very poor service, no communication, delivery very late
