Ik heb sokken besteld maar deze worden…

Ik heb sokken besteld maar deze worden niet geleverd.
Ik kreeg geen bestelling bevestiging mail of track-and-trace mail.
Via een contact formulier verzoek kreeg ik toch de track-and-trace code van hun. (PostNL)
Maar toen bleek dat deze bestelling al was uitgedeeld aan iemand anders!
Ik heb dus de sokken nooit ontvangen.
Ik heb veel mailtjes verstuurd aan hun met dit probleem, maar ze beantwoorden de mail nooit inhoudelijk.
Ze laten je ijskoud staan.
Koop daar niet want de administratie en support werken niet! Afrader!

Prima

Ik heb de Ida-sokken besteld met 37% merinowol. Ze zijn niet te klein of te dun. Sokken worden wel in Turkije gemaakt en vanuit Duitsland verzonden. Jammer dat je zelf het retourneren moet regelen en dus ook zelf de verzendkosten daarvoor moet betalen.

Noorse sokken uit China in een veel te kleine maat.

Het zag er zo leuk uit, die noorse sokken. Maar... hoe noors zijn ze, want ze komen sowieso uit China. Als ze al komen!!
En als je dan eindelijk wat krijgt, het lijken wel kindersokken. Krijg je eindelijk contact via mail, dan mag je nieuwe bestellen. Ook weer een hele lange tijd wachten en dan krijg je precies dezelfde kleine maat (besteld maat 42-46). En vervolgens houdt elke mogelijkheid tot contact op. Site is onbereikbaar, op mail krijg je alleen een autoreply. Ben er helemaal klaar mee en raad het iedereen af!!

Heel blij met de Nordic Socks

Heel blij met de Nordic Socks. Ik had ze pas over een paar weken verwacht, maar maandag lagen ze in de brievenbus. Een bundel voor mij vrouw mt 38 en een voor mij mt 44. Zien er goed uit n zitten lekker. Enig minpuntje voor mijn sokken: de instap is wat nauw. Maar heb ik ze eenmaal aan, dan zitten ze heerlijk. Goede koop voor redelijke prijs!

Een dikke 0!

Een dikke 0!! Ten eerste heb ik 3maand moeten wachten,heb zoveel mails gestuurd nooit een antwoord gehad.
Ten tweede heb ze dan na 3maanden aangekregen dat zijn helemaal geen warme sokken! Nog steeds koude voeten zelfs binnen.
Mijn kousen van C&A zijn warmer en veel goedkoper.Chinese brol.
Had 2 pakketten besteld voor mij en mijn vriend.
Ik maat 38 en hij 45,de maten zijn hetzelfde dus 38 ik heb nu 10 paar brol kousen hij geen.
Wat is dat voor oplichterij seg.
En dan zijn ze nog duur ook.
Schande!!

Slechte kwaliteit, geen reacties, geld kwijt

Slecht!! Duurt eindeloos, klantenservice reageert niet. Sokken komen aan, maar... (Made in China): veel te klein. Vijf klachten ingediend, maar geen reactie.
Bestel hier niet, dit bedrijf is NEP en je bent je geld kwijt!

Brol. Niets meer.

Sokken eind oktober besteld. Vandaag pas aangekomen. Geloof de goede reviews niet. In sommige sokken zitten zelfs al draadjes los op het moment van openen van het pakje. In een paar zat zelfs een gat?! Fameuze Chinese brol.

Niet geleverd

In november sokken besteld; het duurde en duurde maar, track en trace was ineens 'verwijderd'. Contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Ik moest wachten tot 27 december, als ze dan nog niet geleverd waren, dan kreeg ik m'n geld terug. Nu, 30 december: geen sokken en de klantenservice reageert niet meer. Dus mijn advies: ga niet met norsocks in zee.

Zelfde slechte ervaring

Zelfde slechte ervaring. Sokken besteld, nooit afgeleverd. Emails orden onbestelbaar teruggestuurd, reacties op de website worden niet beantwoord. Ook een slechte review op de site wordt verwijderd. Wekenlang sokken onderweg met een obscuur Chinees bedrijf. Nu staat de status op afgeleverd, niets is mindef waar.De sokken nooit ontvangen. Ik ga mijn geld via mijn creditcard terug zien te krijgen.

bestelling op 26 oktober..nog steeds niks gekregen .verschillende mails gestuurd..kreeg antwoord ze zijn onderweg..bericht gestuurd dat ik de bestelling niet meer wou..en ze het betaalde bedrag terug zouden storten..sindsdien, geen antwoord meer gekregen..nog een paar mails gestuurd..geen reactie meer..

Ongelooflijk

Ongelooflijk, juist voor kerstavond komen ze de kousen leveren! Mijn vreugde kon niet op...yeaha joepie mijn sokken zijn gearriveerd na 7 weken...klein minpuntje, maar daar gaan we niet over zagen op kerstavond...de verkeerde maat! :-(

Zijn inderdaad oplichters

Zijn inderdaad oplichters. Mijn sokken komen duidelijk niet. Een track and trace uit China waar je niks aan hebt. Mail die je zogenaamd kan beantwoorden, maar dat lukt duidelijk niet.

De kwaliteit is goed

De kwaliteit is goed, de sokken zijn mooi afgewerkt en ook na wassen op 30 graden bleven de sokken mooi in vorm en was er geen krimp te bekennen. Sokken werden tevens overeenkomstig de levertijd geleverd en werd ik via email op de hoogte gehouden van het verloop. Dat is echt een pluspunt! Ik ben dus heel tevreden over deze sokken, de service en toezending.

Alleen vind ik het jammer dat ik nergens kon lezen dat ze uit China komen. Ik ben bij artikelen uit China altijd bang dat de arbeidsvoorwaarden niet adequaat zijn en ik dus sokken draag waar de bobo's beter van worden en de arbeiders slechter.

Oplichters van NordicSocks : Jammer dat ik niet lager kan gaan dan 0…

Jammer dat ik niet lager kan gaan dan 0 sterren, want dit bedrijf is waardeloos pure oplichterij. Informeren je of je goederen zijn geleverd en als je dan wil antwoorden dan blokkeren ze je als afzender.

Welke sokken?
Serieus staaltje humor hebben jullie daar in Nederland.
Wachten al sinds onze bestelling van 12/11 op onze betaalde levering.
Mijn mail om onze centen (euro's) terug te eisen met compensatie voor geleden schade is bij deze verzonden evenals de melding naar Ministerie van Economische zaken (inspectie) en alle consumentenorganisaties in zowel België als Nederland wegens dropshipping.
En dat is geen humor, maar zijn droge feiten.
Noorse sokken : haha uit China , volg de zeer lange leveringstermijn of moet ik zeggen na 6 weken nog niet gerespecteerde leveringstermijn?
Dit bedrijf moet in gebreke gesteld worden en met al haar nep-bestuurders veroordeeld worden voor oplichterij.

Sokken komen uit China

Sokken komen uit China, dat wordt er bij verkoop niet bij verteld. Vervolgens zijn ze na 1x wassen op 30 graden onbruikbaar klein geworden. Bedrijf (ook norwaysocks) heeft geen telefoonnummer en reageert nergens op. Hele website staat vol met garantiebepalingen, maar wat heb je eraan als ze nergens op reageren. Zeer slecht, zeer slecht. Ik voel me opgelicht.

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf.Ik bestelde…

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf.Ik bestelde 5 paar in de maat 43-47 en kreeg maat 38 toegestuurd(na 5 weken).
Komen uit China.Via de mail wist men mij te vertellen dat de sokken 1 maat waren(38-47).Hier heb ik smalijk om moeten lachen.Inmiddels foto's gestuurd en diverse email maar men reageert niet meer.Oplichters zijn het!!!!!!!!!!.maar ik maar er juridisch werk van ,dit moet stoppen!!!!!!

De sokken passen niet

De sokken passen niet, bedrijf is niet te bereiken via Mail (worden gebounced) en reageren niet op het contact-formulier op de website. Ik heb het nu via facebook geprobeerd, volgende stap is naar de politie gaan voor oplichting.
