After I received the product I realised it wasn’t suitable for me. Nord Labs Gaming handled it very well. I can’t fault customer service I received. Thank you Dannie for your help.

Horrible customer service And…
Horrible customer service And products. Charging stand didn’t last a month. Wouldn’t refund my money with postage because my disability prevented me from using the headset (didn’t know at time of purchase) so they wanted me to pay shipping which was much more than the refund I would’ve gotten so I had to bite the bullet. Didn’t even try returning the charging dock.
