These are really nice socks
These are really nice socks. They are just a lot thinner than I had thought they'd be. I feel like a toenail will rip a hole in them within a week. I'm scared to wear them around the house, as I don't want to wear a hole in them yet.
The quality is there. I just need my socks thicker.

Disappointed
I was sure these socks had stated that they were seamless, but they had seams. Disappointed as I have a very fussy child so now won't wear these. The shipping cost was more than the sock, so definitely not worth the price I paid for children socks.

Comfy but not durable
The socks are comfortable and they shipped without issue. However, the bottoms of my socks are already starting to wear out after wearing them only a few times around the house. I would expect merino wool socks at this price point to last longer than your average cotton sock, not shorter. So to say they have been disappointing is a fair statement.

Norfolk Socks are doing a great job
Norfolk Socks are doing a great job. The only complaint I had during my order with them is that they don't allow an alternative delivery address then the buyer's address. I got around that but it wasn't an ideal fix.

I would give five stars for service (fast)
I would give five stars for service, very fast delivery, the wool hiking socks are great,I quickly reordered a second pair for my Québec City trip. The brown cotton socks are way too big for my size 8 feet, I gave them away as your return policy is strict, I was lured by free shipping, a mistake on my part. Size 8 woman, is between two sizes. Love my hiking socks,I hope they last at that price.

Great product. Was introduced to these socks when purchasing shoes. The socks were in the 'try on' box.
Apparently the store had opted to not carry the line (their loss!).
Also, staff at Norfolk most helpful as I had inadvertently originally provided incorrect address info for delivery. On contact with the sales office, address was corrected and product arrived today with no problem. (great service)!
