Publicité mensongère basé sur AirTag alors qu’il ne fournissent un porte carte valeur 5 euros sur les marchés si vous voulez le retourner il n’y a plus personne

Une arnaque pure et dure. Pas d'Air tag fourni. Si vous achetez le Airtag en plus, il ne fonctionne pas.
Qualité nullissime! des portefeuilles a 5€ sur les marché sont de meilleurs qualité. Zero Contact après-vente. Bref A fuir

NORMEST IS A SCAM!! When a company has not one phone # to call them up on then BEWARE!! Do not buy from them. You’ll get your product 2-3 months after purchasing. If you want a return then just forget it. They won’t answer you back. They’ll immediately stop the chat when you give them a thumbs down on the answer they provide back. You can’t type what you need to ask. It’s all automated! Lost $60 on a product that isn’t even worth $10

They should have negative stars for this company. I am typically the consummate researcher when it comes to purchasing products with companies that I support, however, the website and information that they provide is very well done in a way that makes you feel that you are supporting a reputable and environmentally, friendly company. Not only will you not get what they advertised, you are not getting a responsibly, sourced leather that they claim to provide. The product is absolutely , horrible in terms of quality, and took almost a month to get to me. They will blame this on the United States Postal Service and their “shipping delays due to Covid“ although this is not an issue and has not been for sometime. This is your first warning and should have been mine. Save yourself some trouble and do not purchase from their store. It appears that they used to do business under another companies name and have just continue to change their name and port over all of their website information in order to carry-on their scam.

Be aware, if you buy from them, you will not get your money back. You will try to dispute your charges, and they will drag out the process long enough to where it will be beyond their 35 day return window. Even if you turn the items back 100% unused, and in their original condition in packaging, they will still look for a way to indicate that you failed to provide a returned item that met their “standards”. I literally took pictures of how meticulously I was in re-packaging the item immediately after opening and realizing how horrible the quality was. It has been 12 days and I still have yet to hear from them, I still have a PayPal dispute open, but they continue to refute my times to contact even though I have email threads documenting my attempts. Do not take a chance on ordering from this company, learn from my mistake, and those who have also posted on Trust pilot. The reviews on their website are completely false and not authentic.

Rien sur le site ne mentionne le fait que les AirTag ne sont pas fournis. J’ai écrit 2 fois pour réclamer et faire un retour, aucune réponse. C’est une arnaque, les produits reçus (porte cartes et porte clés) sont de mauvaise qualité

Garbage company. Fake reviews like crazy, the product I was looking at had 3000+ 5 star reviews and nearly a perfect 5 star rating overall. The product was $100 list, on sale for $50, and feels like its worth 50 cents. Reached out twice about returns and not a single reply. Currently disputing the charge with my bank

The product was very cheap quality, nothing comparable to their marketing and when email or contacting for returns, no one replies

This company is a complete scam. 2-3 week shipping, no returns, zero communication. I emailed five times over a month requesting a return of their junk products. After they claim "no hassle returns" on their site. If you want your money back after being scammed, you're going to have to attempt a credit card chargeback, and the 3-4 months of that process. This company used to be called "Nimalist" but changed their name because of bad reviews. Fly by night. Shipping origin is a fulfillment warehouse in Dallas, but the company has done everything it can to hide who is behind the company and any contact info. RUN AWAY.

and customer service is non-existent.
The products are produced in and shipped from China. For 5% of the price, you can buy a better product directly from China. Really disappointed.

Mon avis concerne normest-store.com qui vend des articles supposés être de qualité (notamment des accessoires compatibles airtag Apple).
J'ai vu les articles en questions dans une pub youtube et j'ai passé commande car le site inspirait confiance et les visuels étaient très propres.
Ayant vu après coup que les Airtags n'étaient pas inclus (présents dans les visuels mais effectivement indiqué dans la FAQ qu'ils n'étaient pas inclus) j'ai voulu annuler ma commande en envoyant un mail à l'adresse indiquée mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Idem pour le chat en ligne (où l'on est supposé avoir une réponse en deux jours ouvrés).
Quelques semaines plus tard, j'ai effectivement reçu les articles expédiés depuis la chine.
Les articles sont de très mauvaise qualité (le carbone est du plastique, le cuir est en synthétique, ...).
Que mon expérience serve au futures potentielles victimes de cette arnaque.
