Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear there was some confusion around the return policy.

To clarify, our 14-Day Comfort Guarantee only applies to our STÖDBACK cushion and is designed to let customers try it risk-free — but with clear hygiene conditions. As detailed on our website, the cushion must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.

If you’d like to test the cushion, we offer extra covers specifically for this purpose. Using the product directly without a protective cover unfortunately voids the guarantee, as we cannot resell used comfort products for hygiene reasons.
