Extermly hard onboarding, 0 empthay, trying to integrate for a month after paying for 3 months package.

A good company would be able to offer you a trial, knowing you would stay. Northbeam tries to make you pay 3 months up front. Their argument: it takes time to see accurate data. My concern is actually regarding how I will see the data in the platform. Very little empathy and understanding from these guys.

RUN! This software does not work and you are better off with triple whale. They think they are a enterprise piece of software but the just say that to justify the stupid price. Once they close the deal you will never hear from them or have support.

Their team follows unethical marketing practices to scrap data and send email marketing to people who have not subscribed.

Briefly: STAY AWAY from Northbeam – It's a Complete Waste of Money! If you're skimming through, here’s the essence: Northbeam has been a total letdown, particularly with their appalling customer service and their dismissive attitude towards genuine concerns.

I paid $3,000 in Northbeam's services for 3 months, including integration for Magento2 integration. The experience, especially with their attribution model, was dismal compared to Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Far from the advanced solution it was touted to be, it failed to deliver the necessary depth and accuracy.

The ongoing technical issues with the Magento2 extension only worsened the situation. These weren't specific requirements on our end but rather fundamental flaws in Northbeam's service. Despite our efforts to resolve these, they remained unaddressed.

I can shate detailed screenshots in my review, clearly demonstrating these shortcomings when compared to GA4. Yet, my concerns were met with a lackluster response from customer service representatives like Ben and Max. Instead of understanding and addressing our issues, they defensively cited their 'thousands of satisfied customers,' which felt like a dismissive and almost mocking rebuttal to our legitimate problems.

The most frustrating aspect was their refusal to refund our $3,000 !! , despite the service's evident shortcomings and our request within a 15-day window. This refusal, combined with their poor handling of the situation, highlights a significant lack of customer empathy and service quality.

In conclusion, I deeply regret choosing Northbeam and strongly advise against their services. Their inability to provide a satisfactory product, compounded by their poor customer service and refusal to issue a refund, makes them a company to be wary of. Prospective customers should look for more reliable and value-driven alternatives in the market.
