Negligent company. I’m stuck with a car that has multiple issues. It’s fully electric at doesn’t charge 70% of the time. I have contacted them multiple times and they are now ignoring my emails.

Terrible customer service and blatantly ignoring and stalling me the refund I am legally entitled to. The FOS are investigating however Northridge have failed to meet every deadline set and are now actively ignoring any opportunity to close this case properly and fairly. Absolutely awful company who do not ever hold any value towards their customers.

Avoid This Dealership – Sells Faulty Cars and Refuses Consumer Rights

I bought a Renault Grand Scenic from Rox Cars under the explicit assurance that it was in "perfect condition." I specifically told them I needed this vehicle immediately to earn a living as a licensed taxi driver.From the exact day of delivery, the air conditioning system has been completely broken. I immediately informed them, and they sent me to Kwik Fit. The garage confirmed the gas is full but the actual air conditioning pump/compressor has suffered a major mechanical failure. Because the fault is so severe, Kwik Fit couldn’t fix it and even refunded my appointment fee. Without climate control, the car cannot legally or practically be used as a taxi.Despite being well within my legal 30-day window under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Rox Cars is actively refusing my Short-Term Right to Reject. Their "Aftercare" department is playing games, pretending they don't know about the garage visit, and trying to force me into a month-long repair delay.Because of their dishonesty and delay tactics, I am losing massive commercial income every single day and suffering severe financial hardship. They have taken my money, left me with an unusable, faulty vehicle, and are completely ignoring UK consumer law.I have now escalated this matter to Halifax's dispute and compliance team, Trading Standards (Consumerline NI), and will be taking them to the Small Claims Court to recover my full refund and lost commercial earnings. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want to be left out of pocket and out of work!

Raised a complaint on the 19th May, raised a DSARs request on the 28th May, neither have been acknowledged despite multiple follow up emails (it is now the 22nd June).

Why does no one answer a phone anymore?? I have tried on 3 separate occasions this morning to contact these guys. Waited 20 mins and I was always number one in the queue! Not good enough from a company I’ve been directed to via Bank of Ireland.

My experience with Northridge Finance has been very poor. All communication is restricted to email, which leads to long delays and no real engagement. After returning a faulty vehicle, Northridge applied excessive usage charges and withheld a significant portion of the refund I was due.
The lack of transparency, customer care, and willingness to explain their decisions has been extremely frustrating. Overall, the service has been below acceptable standards.

I recently bought a car from Rox Cars in Walsall through finance with Northridge Finance. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several faults and a very strong smell of dog urine. When I contacted the dealership, I was incorrectly informed that I had no right to terminate the agreement or return the car.

The situation caused significant distress for my family, especially as my son has autism and OCD. Because of the smell and condition of the vehicle, he refused to get into the car, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult.

I then contacted Northridge Finance and spoke with a gentleman called Jerry. He was incredibly professional, patient, and understanding throughout the conversation. Despite how emotional and overwhelmed I felt, he listened carefully, explained my rights clearly, and reassured me that I was in safe hands.

As a nurse and a mother of a child with additional needs, dealing with car problems over the weekend left me feeling exhausted and alone. Jerry’s kindness, empathy, and knowledge made a huge difference during a very stressful time.

I am extremely grateful to Jerry and to Northridge Finance for employing such supportive and knowledgeable staff. Based on my experience with their customer care and professionalism, I would highly recommend Northridge Finance.

Called today as you cannot refinance or sort a new loan via the app.
Was on number one in the queue. Was on hold for 11 minutes which would have been fine and I was happy to wait. Mid hold music it went silent and realised the call had been cut off. Sent two emails and explained this. My finance ends soon and I would like to know more options.

I had to give up my Mercedes for health reasons and I would like to personally recognise Nadia from the collection department. I had been waiting for a few weeks for the car to be collected and was getting really worried about it. Nadia was so caring and when she heard me upset she took time to check on my welfare. She arranged for the car to be collected and it was gone in 48 hours by a lovely, kind driver.
I hope the company shows her this review and rewards her excellence. Finding caring on the other end of the call means so much. Thank you Nadia

Not impressed I had to contact from Northridge Finance to confirm I had cleared all my outstanding finance and they did not even have the common curiosity to inform me in writing or email until I had to contact them to confirm the Finance was cleared.

Excellent support on making changes required on my account that the on-line system could not fix due to a technicality on a payment date change. Friendly and helpful agent.

Really helpful customer service and always lovely staff. Helped resolve some issues with a car from cinch took a while but those things do but great service

Im just not able to get in touch with this company to discuss my options. I waited 55 minutes for the phone to be answered no one spoke on the other end and then they terminated the call. Yes I do have evidence of how long I was waiting for the phone to be answered. I then sent an email asking for someone to call me back and again that didn’t happen.

I have given this company 3 stars based on the total experience.
I would like to give higher as Aaron was incredibly professional and very helpful on the phone.
Unfortunately the people I spoke with before at northridge did not help me and it has caused me problems.
If Aaron had not been so professional and helpful today I would of left a terrible 1 star review.

The member of staff was very polite and helpful. Everything I needed from the call.

Bit prices when it comes to the deals; however, you can see everything clearly. Apps and internet work well. Great support when you need them. Can negotiate if there are any issues. Very customer-focused, great customer service. I would recommend
