Northside Rentals Reviews

Absolutely great service, the car we hired had anAircon issue and it was heading for 40C that day, they gave us a mine spec Ute which was wonderful as a replacement!!

Great service and ease of pick up after hours and drop off.

Excellent car and great service.

The staff was flexible to my requests

Fantastic service, got a brand new Hyundai staria, rates were awesome! Easy booking, no fuss.

Check-in was easy. Car wasn’t new but was very clean, inexpensive and did the job.
Excellent customer service.

From booking, collecting and returning all ran smoothly.

Everything was easy, from booking over the phone, to collecting the car after hours, to returning the vehicle.
The car was lovely - Mazda CX3 - and the cost of rental was very affordable.
Customer service was excellent.

Terrific service - only needed a runabout for a few days while my car was in Panel Beaters. Great car, very flexible about rental time. Fantastic rates.

Staff were lovely when picking up and returning the car.
Very quick, easy service.
No issues whatsoever.
Would definitely use this service again.
Great price also.

Thank you Northside Rentals for making the process of hiring a minibus smooth and a fair price. I appreciated the cleanliness of the vehicle and the professional staff who assisted with booking, pick-up, and return. I look forward to making future bookings with you when in Perth.

Very helpful, easy time saving system
prior to collections day, just make sure you take a physical credit card with you. Thankfully I had a scanned copy in my phone or the truck wouldn’t have been released.

Northside rental are very professional - hassle free and smooth dealings with them on many occasions. Very good pricing. Very good for hiring rideshare vehicles. James and the team always friendly and go the extra mile! Would highly recommend !!

great car great reliability nice price

Used Northside for several years when we come over to Perth. Really good prices and the service is spot on. Never had any issues renting from them . Would definitely recommend.

The process was quick. May be the front desk staff need to smile a little. On return there was no shuttle provided, if required had to wait for an hour. Need to accommodate customers a little better.

Had a great experience with the truck I booked for the day. No fuss over a late pickup and drop off, very helpful gentleman on the front desk (even though he seemed to be a bit sad, he still provided excellent service), swift & easy and a good price. Would recommend.

Best rental car service we’ve ever used. Very affordable, great quality, super flexible service and above and beyond in the effort they make to maintain excellent customer service. Kylie was an absolute star! Thank you! Will use Northside again next time we return to Busso/Margaret River!

Everything was fine until the radiator blew up
The plastic radiator tank split on the top of the radiator next to the filler cap.
They decided it was driver error and then proceeded to charge my card for nearly 2100 even though the repairs were 1600 they already charged me 500 when it happen and forgot about it.
When I disputed the bill (500 too much) and also that I shouldn't be paying at all as it wasn't driver error it was a mechanical fault. The pit it in the hands of a collection agent within 5 days of the occurrence adding an extra $180
I paid it to preserve my credit rating but no lawyer (tried ten) would take it on as they said it'd cost me more to recover the funds than what I'd already paid (even though I said I didn't care)
The car was even overdue for a service when I rented it
The collection agent dropped 500 after I showed them I'd already been billed but stilled charged his fee.

Avoid these bastards or use at your own peril

Great Price and suitable terms, made for a great break in Perth.

First time hire from Northside has been fantastic right from the first contact. The immediate no delay contact, the friendly helpful advice and exactly the vehicle I wanted at the best price. I expect my post hire review to be 10 out of 10 as well
