We’ve just had our mortgage offer through with Nottingham Building Society and I honestly can’t thank Lily and team enough for all the support throughout the process.

From the start, Lily and team was clear, responsive and really easy to deal with. What stood out most was how proactive she was — always chasing the lender, keeping us updated and explaining things in a way that actually made sense (which isn’t always easy with mortgages!).

We had a few bumps along the way with credit history and lender criteria, but Lily and team stayed on it, explored the right options and ultimately got us to a successful offer. At no point did it feel like we were just another case — she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.

The whole process felt a lot less stressful having someone knowledgeable and on the ball handling it, especially at the later stages when things can feel a bit out of your control.

Would 100% recommend Lily and North to South Financial to anyone — particularly if your situation isn’t completely straightforward.

Honestly couldnt of asked for a better experience. Zach was fantastic, down to earth and made us feel extremely relaxed and confident throughout the process. He kept on top of everything and continually provided updates throughout the application process, he gave us a clear plan of what to expect and we went from from first viewing to full mortgage acceptance in the space of three weeks!
