Liam Wood has been extremely helpful. I’ve had the most stressful experience of my life trying to obtain funds for essential works to my house, but Liam assisted me through the whole process and finally we completed today. A rather protracted process. The initial call was very promising, and positive - giving me high hopes. I then went over 2 weeks with no communication saving for a follow up by myself. Was eventually told the lender wouldn’t accept due to needing 6 months mortgage history - which I was clear upfront I only had a couple which wasn’t deemed to be a problem. The team seemed friendly, but lack of updates and clarity a significant waste of time. Would only recommend if your circumstances are a little more clear cut, rather than specialist lending.

Whatever you need from this company you have to go though hell. I spoke to a women for 30 minutes she asked me loads of stupid and unnecessary questions, i thought later that there is no point and i denied there help there is loads of other better companies with minimum formalities i felt like i was getting interviewed by the police.

Great communication throughout the process that gave peice of mind when there was delays. Liam was fantastic
