I’ve bought a wide range of stock from this business, both online and in-store, and have always had a great experience. The team are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful whenever I’ve needed advice or assistance. Online orders are processed quickly and delivery is always prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

Great local collectors shop. Staff are friendly and actually know their stuff, and there’s always a solid selection in stock. Prices are fair and it’s just a good vibe overall. Definitely worth a visit.

Amazing shop, is full of great tcg product and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Recently got into playing pokemon tcg and have also now started playing magic the gathering on their Friday magic nights!

Such a great shop! Staff very welcoming and shop very clean and well laid out. Lots of products to choose from and a fabulous card wall! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could leave less I would. Bought off them online got told my items where live only but they didn't say this in the title or description and then threatened to cancel the order then which the did. Scumy seller would trust them online or in store after this

I ordered a VaultX binder, it arrived very quickly and the parcel was packed impeccably. It was bubble wrapped and you could tell great care went into making sure my order didn’t arrive damaged. Super impressed and really happy with my binder too which is also high quality!

Super happy with my experience with Nostalgia Box! I ordered a battery replacement for an old Pokemon cartridge. Once Ben received the item from me, he was really quick with fixing it and sending it back and even left a little surprise for me on the game! Highly recommend.

I experienced some issues with communication after contacting this shop with a query about an item with an unclear product description. However, this was quickly resolved by a very friendly staff member, and I was even compensated for the hassle.
Great customer service makes a big difference, and I'll certain be shopping here in future for this reason.

I needed to source three boxes of MTG cards in a hurry and this company delivered excellent service. I contacted them via the chat page on their website and received instant answers to my questions. I placed my order late afternoon selecting the expediated shipping option and the cards were with me in less than 24 hours!!! All in all I was extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be using this company again.

Fast delivery with no issue , product was it was shown, pleased with my order.

Order cancelled randomly a day later at 6:40pm saying it was ‘out of stock’. At the time of purchase they sent two additional emails asking for a review - when product had only just been purchased - and asking to be part of their ‘referral program’ by telling friends about them - when I haven’t received the item or service so can’t refer anyone.

I would make sure your store is up to date with stock numbers. I would also only send the email asking for a review when the product has been delivered or shipped instead!
Your customers can’t review something they haven’t received or review a service they also haven’t had a chance to receive yet.

Excellent shop and delivery is always quick and well packed.
