Where do I start? You can expect unclear communication, damaged clothes,them lying, not receiving everything you ordered, and being ignored when you try to hold them accountable. Let me make it clear that I do not believe they are outright scammers, but they do not respond or live up to their promises, which I find scam-like/scamish. Now they refuse to answer me at all.
They advertised a 3-for-2 T-shirt offer, so I ordered two green T-shirts and one white one. Several days passed — almost a week — and they still had not shipped the order, even though they claim to ship within 24 hours to three days. It took them 8 days, and only after I contacted them myself, they sent the clothes.
That was not the end of the chaos. We had a lot of back and forth, but long story short, they did not have the white T-shirt in stock and said they would refund me 99 kr. I then said I wanted a green T-shirt instead, or the order canceled because a shirt is worth more than that. They decided to ship the two T-shirts and one long-sleeved shirt and promised they would send the missing shirt later. Or so I thought!
They sent me one T-shirt and the long-sleeved shirt I ordered. That means I am still missing two T-shirts. They did send one more shirt, but they do not seem willing to send the third one. The clothes were damaged, and I have a video of myself unboxing the packages because their communication gave me no trust in them. So I have proof that they did not fulfill their obligations.
It has now been ten days, and they still have not responded to me after I said I wanted to return the order or at least receive the missing shirt just to get it over with. I do not want to deal with them anymore nor do I recommend anyone else to do so - it's a web shop it should be straight forward.

Website clearly states UK taxes are included.. yet UPS are chasing me for 66 pounds to release the goods. my emails are going unanswered.. might have to ask the bank to refund this

High quality and really living up to their name - no sweat!

Suffering from Hyperhidrosis and I ordered this before trip to Spain this summer. I really struggle with sweat, but the T-shirt I bought was fantastic. NO sweat stains on the outside at all.. Short delivery time. I will buy these again

Very inconsistent website. For example:
- different pictured models are ascribed the same height and weight
- reference to a size guide which doesn't exist
- advertising banner indicates free postage >£70 but also >£110
- reference to items being in the sale but they're not
- no reply to online chat or email

To cap it all, reference to a 30 day return period is accompanied by a disclaimer indicating ' no refunds'

Do not buy. I bought 3 T-shirts for my son. I have tried to return 2 unworn T-shirts back to them as not happy with the quality. They ignore emails and then when I eventually got an address for them through complaining to PayPal they are in Sweden. I have returned the items at a cost to me of £20 and the T-shirts have arrived back with me in the UK as the No Sweat Company did not claim them! They are ignoring my emails again now and PayPal don’t want to know. I am now going through the chargeback procedure with my bank to claim my money back.

UPDATE: So the company decide to respond to my review months later and state they issued a full refund - really? So where is it?! Absolute SCAMMERS!

I bought 3 undershirts to help my sweating, but when I received these the quality was not what I expected esp at the price I paid.

I sent all 3 back, but because I opened one - the company are trying to claim I've worn one of the undershirts and refusing to refund all 3 undershirts.
