Love the signature espresso
Love the signature espresso. Can’t recommend enough. Works well as pre ground espresso in a basic DeLonghi espresso machine.
Delivery is prompt and packaging great.
I have found some of the special editions pre-ground espresso don’t work well in my machine (slightly too much moisture/oils in the bean I suspect). Probably would only get these as whole bean.

No order confirmation - seems to be a theme.
Then when the coffee rocks up it's roasted a month ago which given then price of the coffee is not acceptable especially at this price.

I ordered a kilo of Colombian decaf. Very happy with the coffee, packaging and delivery. And the nice introductory discount too! Hope Notes comes to Ealing.

Setting the Standard for Espresso
Great tasting espresso either in store or when bought online. Perfect grind every time for my E61 machine. Notes is the standard to which I measure all other espresso brands.

Ordered 2 x 1 kg bags but only received one of the two. Have notified Notes who claim to have re-despatched but it has been two weeks and still not received!

Lovely coffee, consistent flavour and quality. Slight delay in delivery, but it is Christmas, so forgiven. Very pleased that it was half price in Black Friday deal, so had to order 2 bags, then got free delivery, very satisfied returning customer.

Great Coffee - terrible customer service
The coffee is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. Four 1kg bags were ordered, of which two arrived burst. I asked for them to be replaced, but I only received one. I had to ask again for the second replacement. There was no communication at all. I am still waiting for the second replacement.

Old coffee beans …
The reason why I gave this score was that it is supposed to be freshly ground coffee ! One pack off coffee beans was roasted on the 20-6-24 which makes it 3 weeks old when I received it. I have not used it yet but this is not a good start
