So easy to use

So easy to use. Just put your details in of what you need help with. They do all the work for you. Didn't know I could save so much and I didn't have to speak to anyone. Everything was done very quickly. Recommend to anyone. Give it a go.

Saved £500 in a week!

So simple and easy to use! Connected my accounts, uploaded a bill, switched my energy in less than a week - and saved nearly £500! What’s not to love! Would highly recommend!

Worse off than before

The first thing this company suggested was a change to my EOn plan, which apparently would save me £300+ per year. It’s actually change me to a set DD amount that is MORE than I was originally paying. So it won’t save me a penny, it will cost more. That was enough for me to just cut ties. No point in making my financial situation worse! The whole point I joined for was to try decrease my monthly outgoings.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

The saving we showed was based on the expected cost of the new tariff over the next 12 months, compared with what we expected you to pay if you stayed on your previous deal. We only recommend a change where we expect it to leave you paying less overall.

The direct debit set by E.ON is separate from the underlying cost of the tariff. Suppliers can reassess the amount they collect each month based on expected usage and future energy costs, so a higher direct debit doesn’t necessarily mean the new tariff itself is more expensive.

We appreciate that your priority is reducing your monthly outgoings, and understand why seeing that payment increase was frustrating. If you’d like us to go through the saving calculation with you, we’re very happy to help.

I joined this scheme to try & save on my bills

I joined this scheme to try & save money on my bills etc & ended up having to undo a deal Nous decided I needed & changed a mobile phone agreement that I hadn't agreed to (couldn't get hold of me. So just done it anyway!). I'm now trying to sort this mess out & get back on track again thanks to the bloody idiot who decided for me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!🤬🤬
Lodged a complaint via email stating that if they couldn't get hold of me! DO NOT just sign me up for anything off YOUR own back without me agreeing to it first! Comprende?😡

When you signed up to Nous, it sounds like you selected one of our savings modes where we can find and arrange savings on your behalf, including on mobile. We send the details of any proposed change in advance and give plenty of warning and time to review what we’ve found before anything progresses.

For customers who prefer more control over each individual change, we also offer modes where we simply provide recommendations and leave it up to you to decide when to take action.

We’re sorry the service wasn’t what you expected and that you’ve had to spend time getting things back to how you wanted them.

I’m the most indecisive person ever, so it’s great to have recommendations from experts rather than manually comparing deals myself and getting confused over which is best
