The easiest energy switch we’ve done! So glad I came across Nous from being made aware of them through a financial influencer. I did my own research and gave them a go. Cannot be happier with the relief that my energy is now fixed ahead of the expected price cap rise in October. Nous handled everything for me from finding my suppliers, providing a clear breakdown of what suppliers were providing, a helpful breakdown against my tariff at the time and handled the switch within a matter of days. As an added bonus it kept scraping energy deals in the background and recommended an even better deal than the first one. It doesn’t do anything without your expressed permission so I didn’t have to worry at all. All I had to do was take one call from my supplier at the time confirming I was leaving and I left the rest up to Nous. There was clear communication via WhatsApp and email throughout so I felt secure in the knowledge I knew what I needed to as the process went ahead. Now with my new supplier, direct debit has been set up and I’m going to be saving a fair amount throughout the term of my contract. Very happy user and have already used their feature to cancel subscriptions/direct debits I didn’t know I had! Excellent all round!
