This company misrepresents their products online, but refuses to give a refund, just a small disocunt. Iordered what was advertised as a linen cotton two piece pant and top set. It took almsot 6 weeks to get here and whenit arrived, it was a very poorly sewn polyester knockoff. It ws a tan-ish color, white buttons sewn on with black thread, facings in backward, and the pocket fabric didn't match the garment so when you sat down, it looked like your underwear was showing. I sent pictures, I complained about the fabric swap, but nothingbut a small discount and an ask to write a positive review online. I am not out almost $50 with a static clingpolyester garment I willnever wear.

2 items advertised as linen/cotton with photos that matched that material, I was skeptical but ordered anyway, decided to chance it. BIG mistake! What I got was cheap polyester/elastane. I have tags to prove. DO NOT ORDER from this site! A big ripoff!!!!!!!!!

The merchandise arrived. It was sized wrong. It was the wrong color. And the fabric was not cotton linen as promoted. in their bombardment of ads. They will not give me an address and postage to return . The experience has been a disaster. Only offering me after weeks of back and forth 70% return. Why should I be stuck with an outfit not fit for even homeless to wear . I want my funds back. STAY AWAY. The other review here is exact same complaint. No one is doing any quality control. To even seeing in the correct size labels. I want all my money returned. Looking for more website to warn people. Some customer service emails come in as LUMI not Nousonline. And the sender name is all Chinese characters. I fell for an internet scam. Don’t you also order from Nousonline. Visa has been worthless in helping me.

I purchased an item from this site and after it finally arrived, it was not as pictured, a cheaper immatation and lesser quality of goods. When you try to return, they spend days trying not to share the return authorization number and want to ONLY return 30% of your purchase.
