La verdad estoy contento porque lo pedí con tmr y si tiene la sensibilidad que esperaba botones clicky se siente bastante sólido y poco más bueno

The customer service from nova is excellent I would highly recommend there own custom controller as they feel extremely well built and far more responsive than other bigger brands trust me don’t hesitate to purchase from nova they are fantastic and glad I found a Uk based company

Loving the mods i got on my controller. Always got back to me when I messaged for an update but just took a bit longer than expected to receive my controller back. That's why the 4 stars and not five.

Would use again.

if it was just about craftsmanship and the end product, this would be a 5star review. but its not just about that. it took over a month from when they received the controller I sent in to be modded from me to receive. no update was provided until I chased them on WhatsApp. even then they responded to 1 message and ignored further messages. I dont know why a business has a 24hr timer on there. WhatsApp chat. makes no sense to me.

10/10. Nova controllers goes above and beyond for every customer.

Great finished controller for PS5, great communication and works well. Only small point would be the turnaround time, but if you want the best you wait. Second controller currently with them for a more basic mod

Nova just got a customer for life, service is excellent. Got tmrs fitted after a botched job from another company. Repaired all the botched work and fitted real tmrs (not cheap hall effects like the last company). To top it of I got to see the mess myself when the video was posted. Seriously just use Nova for your repairs you will get exactly what you wanted with quality assured service.

They were brilliant, I sent my scuf controller to nova and they went above and beyond to sort my controller problem out especially after I sent it to a different repair company and they didn’t fix my controller. Nova are really amazing and I highly recommend them for controller repairs

Bought the nova flex pro and after a month of using it I can say it is the best competitive controller on the market.First the tmr sticks will never get drift and their response time is amazing. The same can be said for the omron clicky bumpers and triggers and the paddles give you a massive competitive edge for fps games.
