I didn’t get my package and when contacted they just talk in circles and refuse to refund me when I have confirmation that package was returned. Absolutely brutal! I’m out $160

BUYER BEWARE! These people are scammers. The product is completely useless. They also sign you up to auto-renew without your permission, so the money keeps being taken from your account without your knowledge. And they refuse to give refunds. They are SCAMMERS.

This company kept sending me supplements I didn’t order under a Kelly Chow and kept denying my account $65. Shady scammy fraud

Totally scam. No customer service. Don't buy. No return policy. Please don't buy.

Reported to bank... DO NOT BUY.. Scam... bought online one pack and they keep taking my money and sending product... I did't give them permission or set up a subscription. I have tried to email the on the contact email which doesn't exist!

Stay Away!! I made a one-time purchase from this company. The following month, they deducted money again and sent the same purchase without my consent. This continued for another month. I never subscribed to anything. This feels like a very dodgy way of making money, and I would not recommend them.

This is a complete scam company. They tried to charge my card on a monthly basis, I cancelled my credit card and they immediately emailed me saying that it hurts their small business, asked to cancel, no response, just tried to charge my card again! Fake scam! Do not order! If you have already, cancel your card!

Same as other reviews ordered once & they have now taken another £50 from my account without my authorisation. I did not subscribe and have checked over emails to which they say I ticked the auto renew? Total scam DO NOT ORDER from these cowboys!! I’m reluctant to take the product now! Will be contacting my bank asap.

Shocking company, I did not se up a subscription.. web site no where to cancel. Do not respond to emails.. won’t allow to delete details from their website.. Avoid this company

Unable to cancel a subscription that I did not approve of have gone to the credit card company for help. Do not buy from this company. They do not list the phone number as well.

I reported them to my credit card company and they reversed the charges for the fraudulent 2nd and 3rd months. As you know, Novarapure keeps your card # when you order the first time and they claim you have a subscription. But, the credit card company has no notice of this (the usual practice is for the company to provide proof to your CC company). The last 2 bottles came from different warehouses in Illinois. One was from SUZE and one was from Kelly Chen. SO SUSPICIOUS. If we get the word out, hopefully, people will stop buying their quack products. I wish I could remember WHO on WHICH Facebook group recommended this company.

Same as all other reviews. Purchased once, ended up with the subscription. Have sent 30 emails demanding a refund and to cancel subscription. Logged in and removed my bank details,. Got in touch with bank to obtain a refund, only then did they suddenly refund me. Total scam. Avoid. All those Facebook reviews were paid bots.

Absolutely awful experience!!! I received the first order and it was damaged, I asked for a refund and they said it has to be in good condition to return then all they can do is 10% refund which is $5!!! Then they changed and said they can only refund damaged items but it was past the time limit because the emailing took too long but I contacted them right away!! While im dealing with this they send me another one and charge my card again for a "subscription" I did NOT sign up for and still will not refund. The ads I saw that made me want to try the product are FAKE Facebook ads from a dozen fake accounts pushing products from this company! What an absolute SCAM!!!! Do not spend a penny. I wish I did my due diligence and avoided all this mess!!

This company needs to be thoroughly investigated for its fraudulent activity. I am one of many who signed up for a one off purchase but they’re now taking a subscription for £49.50 a month!! I have emailed three times, they promise to cancel it but never do. They have even had the audacity to move payment to my karma card without permission. They are absolute criminals. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve learned my lesson, that’s for sure, sadly they’re still trying to rob me. Thieving scum.

Con artists stay away!! Debited my account 3 times even though I did not sign up for auto renewal and cancelled multiple times. ACCC should step in here.

I have emailed the support email, for it to be returned due to security measures.
I never selected the subscription!
I thought by purchasing the deal: 2&1 free, i would of made my mind up about the supplements in 3 months.
I cant stop the transactions!!
It seems this company is unstoppable!

HORRIBLE! Was never stated this was a "subscription" they keep charging me even after REPEATED requests for cancellation! TOTAL SCAM!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook and ordered the product just to give it a try. I did not do a subscription of it. It was taking the product so long until I emailed the company after I saw it was coming from a country and they did not respond. Finally, received the product I did not take any of it didn't feel comfortable. Over a month like on November 26,2025, I gets a notification on my credit card about this product charged on my credit card. I called my credit card and they told me that somehow they did a digital thing on my credit card. I told them I did not want to receive anything else from this company and to block them. I reached out to the company again with an email about canceling the product and they tried to offer me a discount and I declined it. So, I am waiting to see if they attempt again to charge my card because my credit card company assured me that they had them blocked where they can't charge me again. They definitely do there own thing like sign you up for subscriptions.

I ordered mood magic one time and this company kept my banking information and continues to debit my account monthly without my permission. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. They are only able to be contacted by email in which they don't respond. I did not read reviews prior to ordering. You have to either contact your bank and/or login and take out your banking information. This company has fraudulent practices. Don't order, they will put you on an automatic subscription without your knowledge or permission. Please beware
