First shipment took awhile, but customer service took care of it. Tastes ok if mixed with yogurt and soy milk in a smoothie (I got the unflavored Core).

I received a damaged box with missing bottles. This stuff is not cheap! But as soon as I contacted novos for help they immediately recognized what happened based on my picture and sent the missing bottles right away.

I have had a subscription with Novos for over two and a half years. The product is great with customer service to match. I am the other side of the Atlantic, but the response to my email questions and requests has always been prompt and the company has been very flexible in accommodating my requirements.

Shout out to Haley in customer service. I purchased the unflavored version of Core, which was not agreeable to me. I asked to try a sample of the orange flavored version, and Haley quickly had a few packets sent to me to try at no cost. I greatly appreciated her friendly and understanding attitude and quick action.

I've subscribed to monthly shipments of NOVOS Core for a year. They usually arrive on time. One went missing. Upon contacting NOVOS, I received courteous assistance and a swift resolution.

On July 13 I requested to send a 6 month supply back which I was not ready for. Customer service was friendly, courteous and professional about helping me return the products.
I love the products and will continue to use.

First of all, Novos responds quickly to emails. If after business hours by the end of the next day and with information requested. Their customer service agents are always cordial. I do believe Core has made a visual difference in my hair and skin. My hair seems fuller and my skin fuller feeling. The inflammation points of osteoarthritis seem to be less painful when I wake up. I also appreciate the research and data articles that I receive regularly. I do believe that a healthy diet and Novos is making a difference for me!

Haley was super helpful and pleasant. Although the issue regarding DOB entry has not yet been resolved, her demeanor was exemplary!

The comprehensive NOVOS Age Epigenetic test results are fascinating and insightful. If only this info was available 40 years ago so I could have started earlier on trying to slow the rate of aging. The NOVOS staff is responsive and friendly and answered all my questions quickly and in detail. The test instructions and process are easy to understand and execute too.

My package got lost. Called in, explained my concern and a new package was distributed. Ana took care of my concern without a glitch.

Ana’s response time was so fast. And she handled my return promptly and did a lot of follow up until it was complete. I’d say this is extraordinary service!

The website is easy to use, the products are fantastic... highly recommended!

They sent me an email for to say they were sending an order I did not ask for. I contacted them immediately to say NO, I do not want this order and have left the country and address where they were going to send it. It took 2 days for them to answer then said they were going to try and stop it. But no, they didn't. They charged my credit card and sent it anyway. I have no way of getting this order and they have taken a lot of money that I can't spare. Do not deal with this company. Their customer service is bad. They cause you to age much faster with the stress of dealing with them.
Their reply that I received an email 15 days prior is not true. I received no such email.

I started taking Novo’s Boost & Core in October 2023. At that time I had Very low energy, brain fog. I gave myself three months to see the effects and by January. I felt amazing. I had more energy and could focus more.
