Placed an order and got an order confirmation email but that seems to be all I’m going to get. The response to an enquiry as to when if ever my purchase will arrive was treated to a bland response bordering on insolence. The item has now according to just one tracking notification been in transit for weeks.

Charged the wrong price when I hit "Submit". Emailed immediately and tried to cancel only to be told it was too late! Next I got sent a "tracking code" for the item which I could check on "tracking-hub.com" which is a fake site also...

Just got onto my credit card company to chase.

My order was over a month ago, no delivery, no response from my emails after requesting a refund.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered some presents, paid and nothing arrived. Tried to get money back and failed. Total scam. Site should be taken down.

My partner ordered a set of scales from this company on the 30th of August. They gave tracking details which ended when they said the item was in Manchester on the 27th of September. I have been exchanging e mails with them, mostly daily but getting nowhere, with them failing to address all requests made for a refund or details of the complaints department. Stay away from this company, I have clearly been scammed.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a charred wooden Bourbon glass from them & am still waiting for it after 2 months! The first one seem to get lost after a month, they then promised a replacement which has still not arrived & they seem unable to give me a tracking number for it.
I have now requested a refund numerous times & they have totally ignored my request. Just keep saying be patient.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Similar to other experiences here, this company is a scam. First off my order and emailed receipt was for £26.94 but somehow they took £31.93 from my bank.
I didn’t receive a reply when I queried this with them.
Then a month later my item was lost in transit so had to be resent, when it then arrived in about 75 pieces, absolutely smashed like someone had kicked it all the way from China.
When I contacted them for a refund they offered “a goodwill compensation payment of 2 GBP”. On challenging this the payment was then upped to “a maximum refund payment of 4 GBP”.
Otherwise I would have to pay to return the item to China.
They have now stopped responding.

Please don’t use this company, you will be left out of pocket.

Absolutely abysmal organisation, I ordered 5 specific calendars on 6th November. Not only did 5 calendars not arrive until JANUARY!!! , but they were not the calendars I ordered!! I asked for the calendars I ordered, they said no (unless i paid to return the wrong ones?!) I asked for a refund, they said no unless i paid to return the wrong ones?! I've never dealt with such an amateur bunch of rip off merchants. At one point they actually promised to re-send the correct calendars, but surprise, surprise they never arrived. One of their last email responses to my ongoing complaint regarding not receiving the calendars that i ordered, said this "what you receive, is what we send to you". ORDER AT YOUR PERIL

SCAM SHOP!!! AVOID!!! Ordered dog toy. Got bogus tracking number, package now in Wexford for 2 weeks. Opened PayPal case - new tracking from a day before the case open. On top of that, ALL please NOTE - PayPal became a joke when it comes to protecting your rights as customer. Customer support is laughable. Bunch of idiots doing nothing and closing every conversation with handbook phrase - we are happy we could help you? Help me exactly how?

Scam company. Will probably have changed it's name. First set of reviews obviously fake. Company supposedly based on America actually in Chinese. Sell Counterfeit products and refuse refunds. PayPal is no help in this case either as tracked postage costs are so high to return to china that it's not worth claiming. Do not buy!!!

Ordered on 5th November, tracking stopped updating on the 3rd of December and has not moved since. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. They have flat out refused to refund me stating that they have posted my item so cannot refund even though they are legally obliged to. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this company. They are scam artists

Bought a calendar on 6th November. The tracking updates stopped on the 5th of December and it never arrived. Despite me chasing with 5 emails asking for a refund, they have not been able to offer me a refund, despite their shipping policy saying they are obliged to.

Scam.

Nearly a month after ordering I have still not received my item. Contacted them twice but ignored.

Item tracking shows it has been in Lincolnshire since 26th November!

Absolute scammers!
Ordered a jigsaw advent calendar, opened Day 1 and several pieces were missing. Checked Day 2 and it was the same there was a total of 5 outside pieces! Contacted them to be told their warehouse had checked and there were no missing parts. Committed fraud by taking money and sending incomplete goods then lying about it. Do not touch with a barge pole unless you want to be ripped off!

Took over 3 weeks to arrive and arrived damaged. All 3 jigsaw puzzles were badly damaged (scrunched box and ripped) and the company will not honour a refund. They offered minimal compensation but now all communication has stopped. Overall a very disappointing experience - please do not buy from this company.
