My experience with Now EV has been 5 star from start to finish. From the first contact, made following a neighbour’s installation Now EV gave me relevant information to help me make my decision. During the site visit everything was clearly explained. Come installation, everything turned up on time, my wishes were all met, the installation was done impeccably and everything tidied up afterwards. I never felt pushed into decisions driven by sales talk, everything was presented to meet my requirements. I would recommend Now EV for other Solar/EV installations.

I did extensive research into organisations that had great reviews (and by that I mean zero negative ones) who could clearly be trusted to give long term customer service, not just to the point of sale. I liked everything I saw & read about NowEV and the reality was just as expected. I can thoroughly recommend Michael & the team at NowEV

Knowledgable, experienced and efficient. Very smooth installation.

The turn around time, from quotation to installation was three days, other companies had told me two weeks.
Michael was very professional and the quality of work he did was brilliant.
I am a very satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend him and Now EV.

Michael was very helpful leading up to installation, ensuring I had the right setup and charger choice.
Quick and efficient on the day with a neat installation at a great price.
Highly recommended.

Great install from Michael & his team. I spent quite some time exploring the options of using a 'national' or a 'local' installer to complete the work, looking both at price, quality of install and feedback from other clients.

Michael had previously installed an EV charger for us and we had briefly discussed Solar & battery 12 months ago but I didn't pursue it. It seemed like the logical choice to ask him to re-validate the original proposal and discuss what was new to the market and would best suit our needs and why the system brand he had offered was superior.

We made the right choice. Professional from start to finish from the initial G99 application to completing the install and his in-depth understanding of the Sigenergy system he had installed and how it worked, to help us get the best value from it.

I wouldn’t hesitate not to use NowEV again for expanding my system and my neighbours have already engaged Michael & his team to install their Solar & battery system based on my experience and recommendation

I'm very pleased I went to Now EV for my EV charger installation. Michael and his team were nothing by helpful throughout the whole process.

Michael, in particular, was more than happy to talk through the process, bounce ideas around while planning the install (I had a particularly challenging and long cable run to deal with) and kept me involved at all stages.

They were neat and tidy on the day, caused minimal disruption and were quick and efficient.

Michael from NOW EV was fantastic. A very friendly, good value and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Having had Michael fit my EV charger 4 years ago I knew of the quality of the work so getting him in to quote and fit my Solar PV/battery system was faultless from start to finish.

Communication was great and being able to spec the components that I wanted for my system was the real key. This is the real difference between suppliers I think.

Definitely will recommend him and the team to anyone in the future!

We used NowEV last time to install a battery system and EV charger two years ago. We are pleased with the system and asked Michael to come back and installed an extra battery pack to increase capacity. Michael has done a great job again. Thank you!

Michael and the team at Now EV have been incredible throughout the whole process of specifying the right solar and battery system for our home, and through installation.

Their quote was clear and highly detailed, and the installation process was excellent and very professional.

Great service, very happy with every aspect of the work done installing solar panels and a battery for our home.

Excellent service from beginning to end, very knowledgeable and helpful team with outstanding support throughout. Well organised fitting keeping everything neat and tidy, final product looks amazing is totally unobtrusive. Overall an amazing team and would recommend highly

Michael looked after us from the quote request until we had received all of our documentation. Great experience, perfect install. All good.

Michael and his team at Now EV did a fantastic job installing our solar panels, battery/inverter, and EV charger. The installation was carried out efficiently, completed ahead of schedule, and the team were polite and professional throughout.

Michael was the only person I had to deal with and he owned the responsibility for everything from designing the most efficient and practical system, physically surveying the property, and the installation (everything from the scaffolding to all the paperwork and handover). He takes great pride in the quality of his work and his reputation in the industry. He made everything straightforward and surprisingly stress-free. We are reassured by the fact that Michael is at the end of a phone and we know he will support us with any queries we may have in the future.

This is of course an investment, a significant capital outlay, and significant work to the property but what really stood out was working with Michael directly. Unlike dealing with a faceless large corporate, he took the time to answer all my (many!) questions before, during, and after installation. Our 1930s property wasn’t designed with solar in mind, which created some challenges, but Michael carefully worked through them and designed a system that fits the house perfectly.

We’re very pleased with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Michael and Now EV to anyone considering solar and EV solutions. We would be delighted to show the system to anyone who would be interested to see Michaels' work.

Personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable, excellent work on both my solar & EV charger with clear communication and good aftercare

Professional, timely, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. S

Really glad I picked Now EV to install my EV charger. After getting quotes from a couple of the larger providers Now EV came in cheaper and could install it more quickly. The communication was prompt and thorough, and on the date of installation everything went so smoothly and quickly. There wasn't even any interruption to the power in the rest of the property.

Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Great experience with Michael & team installing & setting up our system. Great communication, great price, and quick install that's working great!

Superb service from start to finish !! Finished in a shorter time than expected, extremely clean and tidy. Took great care and attention to all the details. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and absolutely faultless !! Well done and thank you.
