A really great service, from the initial enquiry to making arrangements and then getting the job done. Michael made it all very simple, did a fantastic job. Really neat, tidy and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks

Exceptional service and an outstanding overall experience. We had a 14 panel PV system with 16kWh battery installed. Michael's extensive knowledge and unwavering dedication to his craft truly shine through. He presented multiple proposals, catering to both budget-friendly and premium options, ensuring transparency and choice. Throughout the process, I was consistently kept informed, with all my questions addressed thoughtfully and in detail. The meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship are unparalleled. I would highly recommend.

Our solar and battery system went live at the end of September 24. And in the 2 months since it has worked flawlessly in the background. Michael's work is meticulous and very neat. He listened to my needs during the planning stage, and we settled on a FoxESS solution that ticked all the boxes. His team when putting the panels up on the roof were all family - great people. Everything was installed, commissioned and all official paperwork handed over within a week, which made signing up to an export tariff an absolute breeze. In all, a very fast and efficient service and I couldn't be happier. I fully support Now EV, and recommend them to anyone looking to take the plunge into renewables or electric vehicles. Thanks Michael, I wish you and your team well.

Brilliant, installed EV charger at our home. 1 week after first contact it was done! Thank you

Brilliant service and clear communication throughout, Quoting process was simple and competitive with Nationwide companies. Everything was fitted to a high standard, it all looks and works brilliantly

Great communication and smooth fitting process from start to finish. Highly recommended

Michael and team were great from the moment we first started talking. He wasn't pushy or anything like your usual sales person. He was honest, knowledgeable and genuinely just wanted to help turn my solar project in to something that would work.
The price was super competitive and he made the whole process extremely easy.
The installation went ahead of schedule with constant updates as well as answering on the fly questions I had.
I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend him and the team to anyone.

Superb experience with Now EV

From proposal to installation, Michael was always transparent, happy to answer any questions over WhatsApp, even in the run up to installation day. Panels where fitted in 2 days, with brilliant work done to make sure it all looked as neat as possible. Even post instillation, Michael has been checking in to see if everything is okay and is happy to answer any questions I have, getting used to the system.

I will be recommending Now EV to friends & family!

Michael was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional, he has done a lovely job of the panels and electric fittings etc always keeping everything so tidy and clean. Michael helped us to understand everything so well and I feel very confident I could pick up the phone to ask any further questions/ concerns. We are so pleased with them. Would deffo recommend. Thankyou!

Prompt and professional One of the best customer service experience I have enjoyed in sometime, thank you.

Michael from ‘NowEV’ was swift to quote a reasonable price for a ‘MyEnergi Zappi’ install and spent good time talking me through process. He turned up on time and I was impressed with the overall job, taking no more than 4 hours from start to finish. This involved loft and ladder work too. He left me with a fully functioning EV charger and I’m very happy to recommend him to all! Will definitely be in touch for future works. Thanks Michael.

Michael was great and down to earth. Didnt give any waffle about why I should choose him rather than using a big firm. Will be using again if the situation arises. Haroon

Good customer service

I couldn't recommend Michael and Now EV more highly, from start to finish it has been a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate in using his services again.
Very knowledgeable and always willing to discuss options, what was right for my house, energy consumption and budget to find the right solution. Great contact and communication from scoping, pricing, planning and installation and always on hand to answer queries around energy (tariffs, my EV charger and more)

The whole experience was pleasant and clear

Highly recommend Micheal and the Now EV team! Very happy with the service, product and install, all done very quickly without any issues. Thanks again!

Excellent service from initial quote, through installation and completing all the certification. Very knowledgeable and profession - would strongly recommend for any EV or solar project.

Now EV did a fantastic job right from the start of our discussions. They made a truly exceptional proposal which explained in great detail how the solar and battery system would work. Michael worked with us tirelessly to understand our needs and how best to acheive these. Now EV was by far the best of the three companies we got to quote. Now EV's presentation and explanation was superb and easy for us to grasp - coming from a position of knowing almost nothing! The installation went smoothly and was finished on time. We are delighted with the system and would not hesitate to recommend Now EV to anyone wanting a professional and superb solar system fitted to their house.
