Now Lets Travel  Reviews

Claire was most helpful with finding us our holiday especially as we have a few needs to be satisfied, also being aware of how anxious i am travelling with my husband and his mobility scooter for the first time. THANK YOU

Cherelle always helps us choose a good holiday that meets our needs.
The staff are always helpful and polite and will show you lots of holidays to meet your budget.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I booked two holiday on the visit to Now Let’s Travel, one with Cherelle and one with Ellie, both young ladies were great to deal with and very pleasant, I have booked many holidays with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend this company.

Kelly was attentive with my wife and myself after our holiday was cancelled due to the air traffic problem
Kelly helped us to find a suitable holiday and information was given to us in full
We will be going back to book our next holiday soon

Would not book my holidays with anyone else other than cherelle, from the now lets travel stockton branch,
So friendly and goes above and beyond to find the perfect holiday, listening to what you want from your holiday and not what they think we should book
Cherelle is a credit to the company
Thank you for another great holiday booked with you x

I went to Now let's travel in Stockton and spoke with Helen. I had an idea on where I wanted to go, Helen listened to not only where I had already looked but also gave me a few suggestions on other hotels in my price range in the same area. Helen showed me some of the trip advisor reviews and together we discussed which hotel was better suited for myself and children. Can't fault her and the service she provided.

Excellent service and price reductions, what more do you need.

Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Enquired about a holiday on the sales board, the gentleman I spoke to said he wouldn't really recommend it for our needs, but he spent along time checking for another one in same country and within our budget.

Kelly in Cramlington found us a great deal and was so helpful on all aspects of the holiday, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much Kelly.

All of the girls are great in now let’s travel been using them for the last few years they’re so friendly, helpful & patient can’t fault them for anything they’re great

Saw a cruise we fancied went into shop and spoke to Luke who printed off all the details and prices. He was very helpful and informative. No pressure to buy and said if we wanted to go ahead just give him a ring. Later in the day after doing a bit if research decided to phone and go ahead. All booked, seats on plane selected and he told us we could go in when in town and if we wanted to swap seats no problem. Feel confident that he and his colleagues will help us to be fully prepared for our cruise and flight.

always deal with sara at lets 100%service always. fully recommend lets travel

Abbie at the Wallsend branch really helped us when booking our holiday to Tenerife. Polite, friendly, and helped us alot which we appreciate. Thanks Abbie.

Abbie was very knowledgeable and helpful in my booking a holiday. I had to change dates for my trip, but picked the original hotel. Abbie pointed out that there was building work been carried out on the site. She also managed to find a similar place nearby.
Very satisfied customer.
