Kelly remembered us from a previous visit which was really nice. She was really well informed and helped us a lot in deciding our holiday.

Kelly and the whole team are great! Always make you feel so welcome and take care of every detail, that's why we keep going back :-) 5/5

Quick, professional and very polite..

We called in to book a late holiday and were greeted by Ria who was so helpful and professional given the fact that we had a specific timeframe for travel. She talked us through current availability and gave us other ideas that we’d maybe not considered. A very pleasant experience!

Kelly at the Cramlington store was an absolute star and dealt with my constant changing of dates with absolute aplomb. She didn’t batter an eyelid and kept a constant smile and laughed about it. I’m not so sure I’d have been so patient with myself 🤣

Steph found us the perfect holiday we were looking for, for the price we wanted to pay and with all our conditions. Morning flight, not to long a flight etc. Nothing was a bother to her. Thank you very much Steph.

Exceptional service provided, nothing was too much trouble and assisted with our check in and downloading the Ryanair app.
