I was rung promptly by a very courteous young man. He was a pharmacist and was very informative regarding the drugs I was interested in. He certainly built my confidence in the firm.

I had a tel. consultation with your clinical pharmacist
regarding a prescription for Daridorexant 50 mg. tablets. He was very patient and made me very comfortable in answering his questions. He explained to me in detail the pros and cons of the medication etc, which was extremely helpful. His manner and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Consultation was very detailed and prescriber appeared to have a good knowledge of my condition. Was explained cleary how medication could help. Comms were quick and promptly responded to. Would recommend to anyone who is finding they are waiting long for their gp or the nhs.

After requesting a consultation for sleeping medication I was contacted promptly and told a clinician would ring me within the next hour and a half — which he did. The clinician really knew his stuff, and he did a great job explaining how the medication works, what to expect, what the treatment plan would look like, etc. and it was good to have a contact number I could reach him on directly. Ultimately due to my medical history they weren’t able to prescribe me the medication I requested, as prescribing guidelines are a bit tighter for phone consultations, but the consultation gave me valuable information — for which no payment was requested — and they really did do their best to help me out. I highly recommend!

Can’t thank him enough I’ve learned so much valuable information and for the first time finally feeling positive that I may get sleep from the medication I’ve been prescribed, couldn’t ask for better help, thankyou 😊
