My experience with Noxino has been extremely disappointing and has completely destroyed my trust in this casino group.
After winning through normal play, I suddenly received an email stating that **all of my winnings had been voided**, my account would be permanently closed, and only my deposits would be returned.
The only explanation I received was a vague reference to "Section 11 – Unacceptable Use" of their Terms & Conditions. No specific rule, no facts, no evidence, and no explanation of what I had supposedly done wrong.
I have formally requested a detailed explanation, including the exact clause they rely on and the evidence supporting such a serious decision. At the time of writing, I have not received any meaningful justification.
I fully understand that casinos must take action against genuine fraud or abuse. However, confiscating a player's winnings and closing an account without providing any clear reasons or evidence is, in my opinion, unacceptable and lacks transparency.
If you choose to play at Noxino or any other casino operated by Igloo Ventures, make sure you keep screenshots of your balance, deposits, withdrawals, betting history and all correspondence. If a dispute arises, you may need every piece of evidence.
