Very easy process throughout. Ashley was very quick to reply and organise the survey straight away. Results came back within 48 and a very comprehensive report. Would definitely recommend.

Everything with the survey went smoothly. It was easy to get in touch and make the booking. On the day, the specialist gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving and was very friendly, respectful and answered all my questions.

Had to get a Fire Safety Report and Asbestos report done for the sale of my flat to proceed, did not have a clue what these things were, called several companies and this company was by far the best and was more then helpful on the phone. Was given an afternoon slot they Text me 50 mins before they arrived, then you could track where they were, the gentleman who did the survey could not have been more helpful and professional, they emailed the report the next working day, totally explained the process, the Solicitor was happy with the report, what more can you ask from a company was about half the price of the next company. The Communications via email was also excellent, answered all my questions very quickly and made any changes I requested. Will recommend them to Friends and other Landlords, don't bother looking elsewhere unless you have time to waste and Money to burn A++++++

Really professional and just generally good people. Scheduled our survey in a timely manner and was able to get the information I needed with one phone call and was able to pay online in a method convenient for me. Would recommend your services to anyone in need of asbestos management support.

The team has offered us every support we needed, from visiting site on Sunday so the report could be drafted as soon as possible, to direct access to the actual surveyor to clarify any issue, to the best possible communication with the administration team.

I instructed a Refurbishment Survey from NSUK, and the gentleman turned up and carried out a precise and clear survey, the report was very detailed, and they recommended a removal company also.

The whole experience from start to finish was 5* they fitted me in last minute and the price was competitive.

We ordered a refurbishment survey and paid for it. No samples were taken, the surveyor spent 5 minutes in our apartment. We were charged for the samples but they said they didn't need them. Now this report is useless in our refurbishment and we have to order a new one. Not recommended at all!

Edit: After writing this review I was contacted by NSUK. They claimed that we only ordered management survey and did not mentioned anything about the refurbishment. We have saved the emails that we exchanged with this company and one of the first mails starts: Hi, we are planning to do renovation works in future and we need to be sure that we have no asbestos in our flat. Is that not clear enough?

Simple to understand the options, good price and the survey was done quickly. Very impressed by the follow-up after the survey as well.
