Whilst the experience was positive with the representatives that assisted me, it was a very long journey and each time I had provided everything that was requested, something new would come up and due to time delay, would then have to provide more and more up to date information.
The outcome was favourable but don't have the expectation that it will happen quickly.

Utterly professional and i wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this company to anyone.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at nsw mortgage they are just brilliant. I was at the stage of giving up and putting my home on the market after many knock backs even from my own bank. The girls l dealt with were empathetic caring and very professional and available at anytime to help me through the application process.
Today is settlement day and l have just received the most genuine phone call to inform me it’s all over signed sealed and delivered.
I encourage anyone who is in need of genuine accurate advice with refinancing or debt consolidation to contact Scotty Amelia or Chloe they are all the best at what they do.

I found the team at NSW Mortgage Corp to be helpful, professional and friendly. They helped me to understand the application from start to finish, they were always very friendly over the phone and I never felt pressured to continue with the application. If I didn’t understand anything they would explain what what was being asked of me and were able to help me to understand. Although our phone and email communications were at times informal in feel they were always professional and made me feel comfortable with the process, product and procedures. They always made me feel like a valued client and responded quickly to my calls and emails. They kept me informed of how the application was progressing but never made me feel pressured or overwhelmed. I felt like they dealt with my application on a personal level and was not treated as just another number. I would highly recommend them.

After a slow start and voicing my frustration, Scotty Thant took ownership of my application.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Scotty, her professionalism from start to finish was second to none.
