I worked with Nueco to Design an ADU.
the process was fast and they worked in all the window and door openings i required for handicap access.
They helped with the interior floor plan and also pointed me in the right direction to get the permit approved fast.
These guys were great.

I researched and priced out packages from several metal building manufacturers prior to choosing NuEcosystems for my custom 30 x 40’ garage workshop. The design is strong, yet yields more useable interior space; and it meets the high wind and snow load requirements necessary for my area. The pricing was very competitive, and the process to design the building went smoothly. Ron is always available, and was very helpful in accommodating my special requirements for the concrete slab, and other design features. Great communication and customer service; he always keeps you up to date regarding all steps of the process. I would recommend NuEco, and my family will be using them again for a future barndominium project.

I worked with nueco on a shop kit. they worked real fast on the design. The plans came in the mail in about 8 days. Once my planning department approved the building plans I ordered the building. It arrived 7 weeks from the time I ordered it. I would recommend nueco to others for sure. Kerry

We Really Enjoyed the design process and the service that NuEco Provided.
We have a piece of land that was real tricky to work with. Ron helped us determine the right foundation for our cabin, and also helped us layout the floor plan.
The engineers were great, and made a few timely changes for us when requested.
The building only took about 7 weeks to get delivered.
We have referred several people over to Nueco and will continue to do so.

I Love My cabin Kit that NuEco Designed for Me.
i read a negative review about them, and after i read their response to the accusations, i decided to give them a shot.
I sent in a drawing of the cabin i would like to build, and within 2 days i had something that was real close to what i was looking for.
we worked on those minor changes i needed and i had the design i was looking for in less than 1 week.
we paid a deposit for the engineered plans and they got them back to me in only 2 days.
that was better than expected.
i also worked with their architect to get my floor plan and electrical and plumbing plans.
it to Cesar about 7 days to get those to me.
my planning department to about 6 weeks to get the plans approved.
after i received approval for my plans, i reached out to Nueco and requested that they start manufacturing my cabin kit.
I paid the balance for the contract and it was delivered in only 5 weeks...
pretty amazing.
i have referred several other people to Nueco.

Based on prior negative reviews, I was initially hesitant to deal with Nuecosystems. I did so with a degree of caution and found that at every turn they were professional and took extra time to see that I was on the same page with them throughout the process.

The initial call was both friendly and to the point in that we wasted no time zeroing in on my needs. We had several design 'candidates' almost immediately. Surprisingly detailed plans were in hand within 5 days. No redo was required!

These guys made the process seem like we were dealing with partners in the project. Not once in my dealings with Nuecosystems did I sense impropriety of any kind. Just a talented team that made me feel like I was their most important customer.

Due to increased fire concerns and a fire rating change in Arizona where our build site is located, we opted to abandon our stick framed housing plans and look at a steel home alternative. After researching and discussions with multiple steel building companies we chose to contract with Nueco Systems and start the design of a Barndominium.
Initially I had some concerns with Nueco as they had a couple of unfavorable reviews. I reached out to Ron their Arizona designer and asked if we could meet in person. Ron addressed my concerns and gave me the confidence to go forward with Nueco Systems.
We immediately started the design process where I found Ron very informative, open minded and patient in helping us create our vision in a Barndominium.
Along with Ron's design and very thorough Engineered plans, the permit process was quick and seamless. Another plus was the entire build kit showed up to the build site on time as scheduled.
A big shout out to Ron & Matt at Nueco Systems for delivering as promised and reinforcing my decision to go with their company.

I did not get a chance to file my police report with the Maricopa County Sheriffs office because we moved out of state before doing so. They wanted their names removed from my review because this is happened!!!!

R. D. (The owners initials) received our money in April of 2021 and did nothing with it but stall stall stall... I never got a building or even a set of plans for the deposit that was sent to him. Yes, I did speak with a deputy, and this is theft, a felony, and I have over 130 pages of emails and text messages that back up our claim.

R. D. is deceptive and will take your money and use it for his own personal needs and for other customer projects to seem as though they are moving along.

This was verified through one of his manufacturers in Pueblo Colorado where him and his business partner M. S. left another client with an unfinished project after they had given NuEcoSystems and R. D. over tens of thousands of dollars!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They only use UPS Stores as business addresses and they use multiple names including easyupsteelstructures.com and colorado.easyupsteelstructures.com. Look at the websites, THEY ARE IDENTICAL!!!

These two are basically used car salesmen! And bad at it! Find a metal building manufacturer and go direct with them and cut out the middle man like these two!

*** this company is simply reselling what the actual metal building companies already sell. NuEco does not employ an architect or builder- he simply connects you to the actual builder. He uses a free program to give you an estimate and then connects you to the actual supplier. For this estimate NuEco charges you thousands extra on top of what it actually costs. Go the actual manufacturer- they have the actual engineer who creates the product and will work with you. Save yourself thousands and the hassle of potentially getting scammed like we did.

NuEcosystems doesn’t even have an engineer- they have a free estimating tool that is available online for free. Please note that an engineer has a license- they do not have one despite his rebuttal claim.

NuEco also claims that the problem was we changed our design so much - despite the fact that they not only aren’t responsible for design changes but we didn’t sign the contract until we were introduced to the Pueblo Colorado Company - which means NuEco wasn’t even responsible for design changes - that would be with the builder! Why Nueco would decide to use that as a defense for keeping our money is beyond me.


Re: NuEco Response: The owner used our money to pay off a personal debt with the metal building company he recommended to us. We have proof of the wire transfer and documents. The owners are WELCOME to request their day in court for defamation but he has not- not once. One of the many documents that can be presented would be an email - from us to R.D. - begging him to release the money so we could indeed move forward with the very same project we had contracted for.
I would love to have a court moment - As the company has pointed out our names - I encourage anyone who would like the full file of documents to contact us and we will be happy to share.

PLEASE NOTE the owner DOES NOT DENY THAT HE HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE FOR A SIMILAR SITUATION!!!!

While we appreciate the attempt at doxxing- pls note - I have unique name and am happy to email the complete file to anyone who is considering trusting their had earned money to them.

The owner and his business partner - received over 7,000.00 dollars to build granny flat for us. They took a check by wire transfer and have since (15 months) refused to refund and now we have lost contact. It was the settlement money from our dead son they received. Update- R. D. refused to return the money to us as promised- but he did pay A PORTION of it to a third party for us. RD and his partner M.S. has been prosecuted for fraud here in Maricopa County and now operates out of a PO Box in Castle Rock as well as Ron operating out of a PO Box. I am happy to upload over 100 pages of false statements RD made to the Attorney General- ranging from claiming he deserved all the money had spent all the money on engineering- which he couldn’t provide proof. I can upload proof of our money being sent to him. He refused to refund it but stalled us for almost a full year while he had our money. RD has since done this to two other couples that we know as well.
