Thank you for your review.
It's frustrating for us also when the postal service lets us down.
Unfortunately it is not something we can control.

Great
Great - recent discount useful. Glad you you have supplies again.
Would be 5-star if costs could be further reduced even modestly.
My concern is to further reduce demand on fish stocks.

Great product.I really appreciate being able to take an Omega 3 supplement that is vegan. I have found Nuique to be an efficient company that communicates well and promptly. My order came quickly despite an email explaining that a run on this product meant that a delay was likely.

When the item is not available
When the item is not available, they should clearly say it is out of stock and not to take the money and then send an email, apologizing that the item is out of stock. Not good for business.

Antwoord van nuIQue Vegan Omega 3
Dear Rita,
Thank you for your honest review.
Firstly, I apologise for the out of stock situation.
We experienced a massive uptake of sales after Christmas which took us over the edge with stock. So some customers had half their order with the rest to follow.
There is a clear message on the website about the stock situation and emails sent to everyone offering a refund or a discount voucher if they are happy to wait for the rest of their order.
I am sorry that you feel we let you down despite everything we have done to compensate.
Kind regards

The product is excellent
The product is excellent. The service excellent. I appreciate the efficient communication about the part-order delivery.
I am curious about the company strategy for reducing plastic in packaging. I received my order in an envelope padded with bubble wrap and it didn't sit well with me.
