Number1Plates Reviews

Hassle free, quality material

It’s a very easy service

Easy ordering process from start to finish. The website was simple to use and made customising the plate straightforward. Delivery was quick, and the product arrived well packaged. The quality of the plate is excellent and exactly as described. Overall, a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend Number1Plates.

Easy clear website
Prompt delivery
No fuss

Very pleased with the plates looks really good on the car

Waited a week for them and a lot of the letters where out of line

Originally I bought a set of personalised plates for my car in 2020, but by 2024 the numbers on the rear plate had faded badly, so I ordered a replacement. By 09-04-26 this replacement rear plate also had numbers that faded in the same way. It was not exposed to harsh sunlight or chemicals. I wrote to number1plates on 15-04-26 explaining what had happened and asking them if they would supply me with a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. To date all I have received are automated responses saying they would contact me within 24 hours, but they have not.

Very good service

I’ve used Number 1 Plates a few times now and have always received excellent service. Their products are great quality and delivery is usually super fast.

Unfortunately, my most recent order didn’t arrive, but their customer service was outstanding. I sent an email and received a reply almost immediately. They arranged for a replacement set of number plates to be sent out with the fastest delivery option while they followed up with the courier regarding the missing order.

Top quality service from start to finish — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I posted a few days ago and complained no plates after nearly two weeks. They have finally arrived and I have to say they are fantastic and of great quality. It looks like the fault lies with EVRI and not the company. Lost in transit for 2 weeks.
Guess I have been unlucky but I would forgive and use again. Thank you.

Unprofessional and poor service. I ordered a legal standard number plate. It was only when I got pulled over by the police that I realised what I was actually given was a ghost plate where certain digits can’t be read by ANPR cameras. You cant get through by phone and they don’t reply to voicemails. I was promised a refund over email. Surprise surprised no refund ever arrived and now they have ghosted me just like the “legal” products they provide!

I placed my order 12 days ago. Received a notification from Evri stating awaiting parcel.
It still says the same.
I have called several times and no one answers the phone.
I have email 6 times and no response.
Spent £42 and still absolutely nothing received.
Very frustrating and poor service

Getting 1 star as I cannot put any lower been 3 weeks since I ordered reg plate for my son birthday and it’s still not arrived and now his birthday has passed.
Customer service don’t answer the phones and never call you back.
My advice is use another company

No communication, plates not arrived been waiting weeks. Avoid at all costs they have totally scammed me.

always an easy experience and have used number1 plates before, now a returning customer.

Would give less if I could rubbish customer service, was sent a email saying my order had been refunded, refund sent to wrong card never seen a refund so bought plates else where for a week later my plates turn up
