Number1Plates Reviews

I recently made a purchase for a different style number plate however when it arrived, it was not what I thought so I contacted customer services and spoke to James, he was really helpful, gave efficient responses and managed to resolve my issue within 24hrs. I now have the plate I wanted originally and I am really happy with it, exactly what I wanted! Appreciate good customer service as its sometimes hard to find, thankyou again James!!!

Super easy to select the plate I wanted and realistic to what you see online, speedy delivery and the quality looks really good! Overall very happy with this product

Placed order before 14:00, order not dispatched until the next day. Paid £9.99 for premium post and order didn't arrive until 2 days later. Requested a refund for the difference between standard post and the fast service (which I paid for) and Number1Plates customer service sent a poor response refusing to issue a refund blaming "not responsible for the courier" - the courier wasn't at fault, Number1Plates didn't make the order available for collection in time.

Dispatch email with working tracking. Royal Mail scanned every stop, knew delivery time. Visibility stops inbox refreshing.

Ordered a custom number plate, typed digit wrong. Emailed within hour, cancelled no drama. New order arrived fast, no fee. Sorted.

Very pleased, perfect fit and delivered on time.
When the time is write will be back for private plate same size and style.
Thanks again 2

Had an issue with documentation. They had it sorted and delivered inside of 24 hours.

Fantastic Service!

Ordered legal plates here, half the price of Halfords. Border and GB badge included, thick and solid. Bargain.

Having used before and completely happy with previous purchase it was the obvious choice to come back.
Get exactly what you ask for with a quick turnaround.

The customer service from Number1Plates has been fantastic! The original plates they sent were faulty, and they did not hesitate to send out replacements very quickly. I would recommended not drilling through the printed areas, and only through the yellow or white background, or mount the plates within a frame which is what I did. Would definitely use again.

Super quick and easy to order online and to add any files or pictures

I made the worst mistake ever, I thought I only needed one number plate and ordered the rear only because water got inside of it, when the new plate arrived I looked at the quality and thought oh my days what have I done I should have got the pair, the one number plate cost me £44.22, I just can't afford to get the front,, I'm truly not happy with the bad decision I made.. I'm just going to have to keep an eye out for when there is a promotional offer at some stage,

Great service, would recommend highly.

Great plates and great service. Delivery was also quick so definitely recommend 5*

Awesome service, thank you and easy to use

Easy website to order the plates...a little issue with getting the payment made, but it finally went through. Plates arrived within a few days. Brilliant.. first class service and the plates look great on the campervan
