I went through the options to cancel the trial but was still charged for a yearly subscription. They will not refund and the services do not provide any help.

I'm 3 days user of this service and I'm very disappointed. About 20% of answers were wrong
The same problem was solved by several persons and totally different answers. And it seems that nobody checks the solutions. A lot of wasted time

I am an instructor. Numerade host illegally uploaded content that violates my and my employer's copyright. I have repeatedly requested that this content be removed, following Numerade's guidance (i.e. emailing copyright[at]numerade.com). They are ignoring my requests and don't remove the illegal content. Interesting business model.

Got my issue figured out really quickly! Forgot to cancel the yearly subscription on accident, had to hit up the support - got a reply within an hour, telling me the refund is going to be sent out within 5-8 days. The site itself is well- organised and the answers with in depth explanations are easy to find for sure- no complaints here, or at least I personally did not find much to complain abot. I've finished the courses for now, so decided i wouldn't need the subscription for the entire year ahead.

I agree with everyone. Totally a scam, stay away and DO NOT sign any free trial with them or you will pay a serious price I did not even sign up I downloaded the app, and didnt put in any credit card information, never got a welcome email or anything figured I was fine but emailed them from my 3 different emails trying to figure out if I had an active account with them... 7 days later I get an email saying to ask questions with then, click on it and was being charged. Tried to show that this account was never used and I did not sign up and they wrote that I had to have paid.... It was an apple download that I didnt submit anything with. So insane and waited days to respond to all emails.

They do not understand the idea of in-app billing and how a credit card was never added to an account nor was a question even asked or the app used.

They also keep trying to remove all bad reviews but thankfully it is not working. Because the customer service and actions of Numerade will not be silenced.

Totally a scam, stay away and DO NOT sign any free trial with them or you will pay a serious price for annual service of them. Please stay away-far away from Numerade.

Never had I ever had such a hard time to cancel a subscription. They obviously have no intention of giving people refunds and want to take peoples money as people are having the same issues that they are not solving and blaming you. It is ridiculous how many people have had a bad experience with them.

I thought I had canceled subscription same day I started free trial but lt had not. It charged me I emailed explaining this amd asked for refund got a reply email saying they do not but she would put an escalation refund through on my behalf and that it takes 5-6 working days. Since then no refund and no reply I have messaged and sent bumerous emails all gor no reply except the automated we will reply within 24 hours which they do not. Just a simple bit of customer service or contact would go a long way!!!!

Very helpful when looking for examples of homework or writing papers. I like the video explanations, which a lot of other similar sites don't have. I think they also have really good customer service. I thought I had cancelled my subscription until I saw a charge for $120. I told them what happened and they reversed the charge for me. Overall, very happy with this service.

Great for quick answers to problems! The AI sucks though. I don't want AI, I want real people!

Jenny Wu was an amazing tutor! I was really struggling with this Bio Chem concept and she was able to break it perfectly for me.

This is a scam site. They have a terrible product and charged me $120 for a subscription i did not sign up for. Earlier in the thread I see they were charging $30 to people under the same fraudulent scheme. I will report them them to CBI, CFPB, Florida Law Enforcement, and FBI. Do not use this site and if you have been stolen from report them to law enforcement so they can file felonies against the people would are responsible for this evil.

Well... the answers are correct 90% of the time. It all depends on the educator and their approaches.

They are horrible stay away from them. I signed up for their free trial to see what they provide. Their homework solutions are really bad, 90% of the ones I checked were either wrong or not there. I then just didn’t sign in anymore, and then I see they charge me 30$ for their service which I didn’t use. They have this policy that if you are charged they don’t return your money back although you might have not used it at all. Please be careful and I were you I would stay far away from this company.

I never registered with this company for a free trial or anything but started charging on my creditcard every month.

The AI is a little finnicky, but you're paying for real educators, not the AI. I need a lot of help with statistics, and the educators always answer within an hour! I could not recommend this enough
