James has had the biggest impact on our provision and practice through his insightful coaching. He is easy to work with, brings excellent knowledge and really prompts our thinking. We have been working with James as a coach and also has some whole staff training - both amazing! We feel supported and challenged in a really positive way. Everything has been purposeful and meaningful to our staff, children and individual context. James offers support from afar in between coaching which again is invaluable. Love the unusual resources you just can’t find anywhere else

I attended the purposeful provision training recently, and I have to say it was the best training I have attended. I never stopped smiling throughout and what a breath of fresh air to have someone engage in their audience using personal references, sharing experiences and being real instead of staged!
I can not wait for the next training events as I am really excited for my other practitioners to attend and gain the knowledge and experience I have.

James came to do some coaching with us on environments recently and would highly recommend!
He was absolutely lovely, put everyone at ease and worked closely in the rooms with the teams rather than just being in the office with management.
James is so knowledgeable and gave really great, and achievable advice which has already made a big difference in our rooms. He did all this with no judgement but still be honest in his feedback. This is something we have struggled to find with other trainers etc we've used.
We can't wait to have him back.
