The energy ones work for me (this company does not deserve low ratings due to a product not working for those who tried it - everyone is different). They also work for my friend who had no idea what these were and thought it would give a mild boost. It turned out to give such a boost, it was a bit intense but who knows how much coffee was had that day!

In any case, I ordered these and forgot to add a part of my address so my order was returned. Customer service (Ren) sorted my issue so fast and efficiently!

I’m happy with the product and happy with the service.

Not worth the Cost and TERRIBLE Customer Service

I subscribed for a package with multiple strips because it was the most cost-effective, even though I did not want some of them. Even with that package, they're pretty expensive. I compared the sleep strips with 10MG of melatonin and found the melatonin works just as well for a fraction of the price.

I emailed customer service several times and never received a response as of the date of this post.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I will be honest, a lot of the bad reviews almost turned me off to trying these strips. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those bad posts.

You can definitely feel the strips “hit” within 10-15 minutes. I ended up dropping my phone on my face a couple times after taking them (haha?). The taste isn’t bad. It’s not sweet (I read a couple comments where the user said the strips were “medicinal” and another that said the strips were too “sweet” but they are neither of these things.). Also they are NOT A SCAM. Who knows why they didn’t work for the people that say it didn’t work for them, but you can definitely feel the strips hit you and make you drowsy.

I would have given the strips 5 stars, just that they didn’t provide me with a “deep sleep” like I had hoped. Also, the claim is there is no morning fog. But I definitely wake up groggy and need a couple minutes to sit upright lol. Maybe it’s just my age showing!

The product arrived quickly and doesn’t taste bad, just doesn’t work for me at all. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for finally getting a good nights’ sleep.

They just didn’t work at all, wound up trying 2 at a time and got to sleep no faster than normal … very disappointing. It may work for some, but not at all for me.

Honestly I have been on the hair biotin for six months. My hair has been falling out even more. The energy strips do nothing for me. I’ve been trying to cancel because they keep charging me. I’m not happy with this product and I go online to cancel and guess what it won’t cancel my subscription. You press the button and it doesn’t work. I called the number and it’s a voicemail Google number, emailed them no response. I am going to have to dispute the charge. I’m sorry to say but I think this is a scam and these strips do nothing work at all!

They are not scammers or thieves. The energy strip did not work for me and the returned my money back into my account and because I opened the box they told me to keep the item

Absolutely wonderful I wouldn’t do without them.slip one on your tongue and drift straight off to sleep. I highly recommend.

I bought the nu strips for sleep . They did absolutely nothing so save your money x now I find that they enrolled me on a subscription plan which I never authorised. avoid company at all cost

Nu Strips sleep are a waste of money. The strips actually caused insomnia for me. Awful! Also, I somehow am paying for a subscription now and am finding it impossible to cancel. Please help me cancel

Ordered after seeing positive reviews on social media. They made no difference to sleeping, energy levels and basically tasted and felt like a bit of tissue disintegrating on the tongue. For those who may be influenced by a placebo effect I hope you gain good results but from my perspective ….. it’s a waste of money. To add to the waste of money …. I’ve just been charged a re occurring payment and being sent another lot 😩😩🤦‍♀️. Make sure you check your payment when and if you order …..

I have ordered these a few times
First time was fine and actually like them felt a difference
But ordered again in October and haven’t heard nothing it’s now end of January
So be warned delivery’s are very long.
Won’t order again

Bought both the sleep ones and the energy ones.
The sleep ones will admittedly help you get off to a relatively deep sleep, but my wife and I still woke up after 4-5 hours.
The energy ones? Utterly useless. We both hoped for a “ping” moment, but it never came. We tried them on several occasions, but didn’t even get a kick that a cup of coffee might give.
In fairness to Nu Strips, I explained our experience and they refunded us immediately.
My wife and I are 50 & 56, respectively. These may well work for others, but sadly they didn’t for us.

I bought the sleep strips and they actually cause insomnia and disturbances during my sleep!!

The Sleep strips are the ONLY thing that helps me sleep and keep me asleep until the morning. With my ADHD I have struggled for years to get to sleep, not with these strips.

I have been using these a few months and the older taste was awful and the new blueberry taste is 1000% worse I dread using it. They work for me but the taste is awful!!!!

Very disappointed, these did not work for me at all . If I’m honest I think they make me worse , each time I’ve used them I am awake More than normal and I have stressy dreams too. It’s a shame cos I had high hopes for them.

The taste is sweet, but I haven't noticed any difference after three months. I don't plan on continuing to use this.
