Antwoord van NutJob
Hi Paul,
Many thanks for the feedback regarding your order. We have checked our system and can only see one order for yourself with one part which was dispatched and delivered within the allocated time frame. As far as we can see your order was placed 1st May 2018 we shipped the 4th of May 2018 and your order was delivered and signed for on the 8th of May in Switzerland.
Can you please give us some more information, so we can see where the order has gone wrong, we would like to rectify any issues with your order and are eager to find a resolution.
Kindest regards,
Amy

Price is great, waiting time not so
Although I wasn't aware that they appear to hold no stock, everything seems to be ordered as and when it's needed, the price charged more than offsets this.
So long as you can afford the waiting time it's a good place to order those genuine parts.

Order number 4947 ordered 27/4 I contacted via online contact form twice for update. I received this feedback e-mail but not one informing me my part was out of stock. Told today via chat that the message informing me I was being issued a refund (on 30/4) was not e-mailed to me but was via a message on my account
