Not impressed. They took my money for something they did not have and could not get. Later issued a refund but I think they should not have taken the money in the first place.

Some orders can take time and I would use again if Nowhere else can supply a part. but I was waiting 2 months on a spring, no response to emails, finally a response on messenger, they'd look into it. day later refund sent to me, no message, no further responses on messenger. pretty sloppy communication. ordered same spring from csmnl and it arrived a week later

Edit: I'm really surprised by the high rating the company has on this and other sites, I've used them half a dozen times and they would be average to fair at best

Disaster, 5 parts ordered and only 4 delivered. The most important thing is missing. The other parts are now also useless. No information about the part or for subsequent delivery. There was no response to emails, so I contacted PayPal.

While the service itself is fine I felt the design of 'Nutjob' website could be better. More user friendly perhaps !

It's been 10 days since I ordered and I'm still waiting. Silver's would have had it here in a couple of days. Not worth the modest saving on price.

Had a problem with order but was soon resolved. Would definitely use again.

Item was o/e Honda, no problems with it.

Even with the currency exchange, including the carriage, it was still 25% cheaper than certain well known UK Sellers'.

Brilliant! The prices are, mainly, better than other suppliers of Honda parts. Delivery to Spain is quick too. They've become my 'go to' supplier for parts for my 94 Goldwing and 96 Africa Twin.

Buy in this company many times. I have always received information about transactions and possible delays in delivery. The shopping system is clear and without hidden costs. Frequent promotions encourage shopping.

Hard to find until Nutjob online. Informative site with diagram's and part serial number. Seller made contact to confirm order. Downside postal option limited to one slightly expensive rate for part size, due to Ireland to UK? Haribo sweets a bonus.

Incredible service. Fast, efficient and Emails at every stage of order. By far the BEST Honda bike spares company I have ever used. First time user and with these guys to fall back on, I will never moan at my bike breaking down. (Though with Honda reliability it may be some time)
